Robinsons Estate Agents Omdömen

Our experience with buying a flat was very stressful as both lawyers struggled to communicate, but Michelle in the Chester le Street branch was very competent at her job and helpful with Chelsea and got our completion date over the line, would definitely recommend. Thank you

Extremely friendly and helpful staff nothing was a problem and was kept upto date throughout the selling of my property

Had so many viewings arranged , excellent service from start to finish . Friendly , professional, service tailored perfectly - Thank You !

Our sale was convoluted and took longer than expected. However, throughout the process, the staff at Robinsons, Sedgefield (Ryan, Sharon & Dann) were friendly, communicative, and professional. We would definitely use their service again in the future!

We would highly recommend the Durham branch of Robinsons. They have provided a very professional service from valuation to completion. Special mention to Emily, Stacey and Ann in the office who are highly organised, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They answered any queries we had quickly and kept us up to date every step of the way. We would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We had our property on the market for 6 months with an agent & had no calls or viewings. We requested Robinsons (Durham Office) deal with the sale & it sold in 4 months. Keith the surveyor attended & explained exactly what he was doing & what information was needed, although we mostly dealt with Stacy in the office other staff were more than happy to help.

Everyone at the Bishop Auckland branch were friendly, helpful and professional making the purchase an easy, stress free experience

This review refers to all of the staff at the Durham branch of Robinsons estate agents. From the initial valuation of the property, to the completion of sale, the communication from everyone involved was brilliant. I would definately use this firm again if I ever have property to sell in the future.

Each step of the process was explained to me and I was kept up to date by Ann, Stacey, Emily and Keighley by email and telephone. I contacted the Durham branch around 2 months ago after which Keith came out to value the property. He was very knowledgeable and friendly offering the suggested best options to sell. I opted for auction, and the process was very easy with great support from the staff at the Durham branch. Today I completed and thank them very much for making the process so easy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Recently used Chester Le Street branch for selling our home. Mainly communicated with Michelle throughout who was fantastic- she was friendly and empathetic when things got stressful. She communicated well which was important as our sale became complex at times. The rest of the team were also great - Michael, Chelsea and Karen - thank you all - first class service from start to finish - big thank you from Patrick & Joanne

Having used Robinsons for our recent house sale we are pleased to give a huge recommendation too. They have been professional, extremely friendly and efficient throughout.
