Initial contact with the Sedgefield Branch was a request for a valuation for the purpose of probate.

We asked Robinsons the Sedgefield office to sell our property and from the first contact I met Ryan who valued the property and talked me through the process and everything went well from there Nicola and Sharron at the Sedgefield office were always on hand to answer any questions and and quickly resolve any issues when they cropped up I would say the office was managed totally professionally and would recommend them to friends and family and not hesitate in using them again.

I only reply to messages once every two weeks. When I inquired about room A, I was told that room A was no longer available, leaving room B and C. Then I sent an email directly to inquire about rooms B and C. Two weeks later, I replied that neither room B nor C was available. I am very speechless about your efficiency and service

Michelle and the others were all great, I popped in to ask a few questions and they were so helpful and friendly. They booked the valuation as soon as as they could for me and got it all moving. The valuer explained everything and obviously has lots of experience. They found me a Tennant and had her moved in within 3 weeks. On the first Monday there were 5 viewings, the following week they sorted the referencing and the next week my Tennant’s moved in. They did everything smoothly and really know what they were doing. I’ve dealt with several estate agents over the years and these have definitely been the best. Thank you To you all.

Shelagh at Robinsons Chester Le Street was extremely responsive and helpful throughout my sale. Nothing was too much trouble, including post-sale queries.
In terms of listing my house, I can't remember the name of the man who valued / photo'd it but I was never pressured to sell for a price I wasn't happy with, and everything was my decision with guidance when I asked for it.
Robinsons coordinated viewings I couldn't manage and always kept me in the loop.
Robinsons were also cheapest fee wise, and I feel the service I received was excellent- I don't think paying another agent more would have benefitted any aspect of my sale.
I'd 100% use again if ever selling a home.
