Robinsons Estate Agents Omdömen

Excellent customer service from start to end of process.

Very much appreciated.
Thank you.

We have just bought the house of our dreams in Wynyard. Joy was our point of contact at Robinsons Wynyard, she was very friendly and efficient whenever we spoke to her on the phone. Thank you Joy for all your help.

Appraisal Ryan McKenna SEDGEFIELD OFFICE.
I have no doubt I am not the first to laud the excellent service offered by Ryan in his duties as sales manager. From the outset he has been the consumate professional. No hard sell just a common sense approach in looking after my interests throughout the sale of my property. There were many twists and turns during the conveyancing period but Ryan was always on hand to guide me in the right direction. This was done with an abundance of enthusiasm and a genuine desire to please. Ryan is one of the most committed persons I have had the pleasure to encounter. Literally a one-off individual. A work ethic second to none that includes Sharon& Nicola.

A huge thank you to Alex and his team for many years of rental management and recently for completing the sale of our property … in two weeks !

As a managing agent Claire has been superb - her knowledge of the ever changing rental market is excellent as is her patience and professionalism in sorting out any issues.
Jamie Lee and Angela secured our buyer and ensured the sale went through smoothly in just 14 days …something we thought was impossible but not in this case.
Well done to all the team - we certainly recommend Robinsons in Crook for any property matters.
Judith and Peter

We used Robinsons Durham to sell our property and the whole process was absolutley flawless. We were constantly kept up to date by Keighley who made sure the process was pain free.
We then used Robinsons Chester-le Street for our purchase and the team were fantastic to deal with. Michael, Chelsea and Michelle were extremely helpful but Shelagh for me was the star, guiding us through choppy waters when calmness was required. An excellent team and would definitely recommend.

At the Chester-le-street branch all staff were extremely helpful and very professional.
Any queries were dealt with promptly and they made my three viewings of the property go extremely smoothly and they were always on a Sunday which suited me.
Michael, Chelsea and Michelle are a credit to this organisation.
Thank you again for all you friendly help and support.

It was easy to communicate with the team, they often got back to us with updates.
I would definitely use Robinsons again x

From the very start ie valuation then throughout the whole process the entire team especially Shelagh who went above and beyond, I couldn’t be more happier with their 5* service with the selling of my late father’s property.

Amazing service! Very punctual to emails and to help when needed, sale went through effortlessly, I would have no hesitation to use Robinsons again or to recommend to friends and family.

I have sold previously with Robinsons in Chester-le-street and had no hesitation in selling with them again. Everything and everyone from start to finish were so professional. Michael is amazing. Sheilagh & Michelle exceptional and so friendly. In fact whoever I spoke to were so helpful.

We recently bought our house through Wynyard Robinson Estate agency. Adriesne and Joy - both went above and beyond from the start when we viewed the property to the day when we received the house key.

Adriene is experienced and has an excellent knowledge of the Wynyard Village market and provided us honest information.

We have to say special thanks for the excellent communication from the team and especially Joy who had been chasing the chain on daily basis and provided us with the update and patiently dealt all my queries.

We felt well supported by Adriene and Joy throughout and they co ordinated the stressful process in a well structured way to make it smooth and easy.

We couldn't be more pleased with their dedicated and professional approach in every step of the buying process.

We would highly recommend Robinsons Estate Agency if anyone is looking to buy property in Wynyard.

Having used Robinsons Wynyard to sell our previous home, there was no hesitation in deciding to use them again. Adrienne was very professional in guiding us through the listing process and proved to be half the price of the other quote we received.
Joy Cruddas was our personal contact thereafter and proved to be a joy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

Robinsons Chester le Street were our sellers estate agent
Every time I needed to contact them the staff were extremely helpful and professional
Very happy with their service

Ryan, Danni & Sharon at the Sedgefield branch. Wow, what absolutely lovely, professional people. We began renting through Robinsons almost a year ago, and from the start they were absolutely fantastic. So approachable, and the process was seamless. We then wanted to buy our first home, I went into Robinsons to ask some questions about the process and again, they were fantastic. The whole process was stress free. Even with the overlap with our rental, they continue to keep us in the loop about new tenants coming in. Their communication is excellent. I’ve never met such nice estate agents, and I’ve dealt with a lot over my time in rental properties! I was so pleased the house we were buying was through Robinsons. They cannot do enough for you, and I would recommend them to anyone. If/when we come to sell our home in the future, we will 100% be using Robinsons. Such a positive experience 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The whole process from start to finish with Robinsons selling our house has been hassle free. All the ladies in the office have been great and we would definitely use Robinsons again.

Great experience from all the staff (Michelle, Chelsea & Michael) at Robinsons Chester Le Street. They have been friendly and helpful throughout the process of buying our new home

Great from start to finish no matter what difficulties I presented them with. They regularly arranged someone to oversee viewings when I was unable.
This is the second time I have employed Robinson's and wouldn't hesitate to do so again

The sale went very smoothly from first to last.
Ryan visited on Friday measured up took a good range of photographs, advised on price .He was well prepared showed brochures of recent sales in the area. The listing went live Saturday morning. Ryan handled viewings had two booked for Tuesday and one for Friday. The second viewing put in an acceptable offer. Sold in days.
The two ladies who I spoke to in the Sedgefield office Sharon and Danni kept me informed every step of the way.

I'm trying to book a viewing to buy a flat in Luton and the guy keeps avoiding me hanging up and saying he'll call back saying he can't hear me even though my phone reception is good. He also keep saying he will call back but its me that keep calling back as I want to view the flat. This is such a bad service without even using it as yet, If I had known the owner of the property, I would encourage to go elsewhere to sell his property. However, the guy wasn't rude in his words, Just subtle in his actions, who knows, he probably don't want me to view the property

Like many of us, I do not like Estate Agents as a breed and to use the word "good" in the same sentence as Estate Agent seems to me to be an unlikely combination. However our experience with Robson's has very much bucked that trend. They sold my mother in law's house and their service was very good indeed, especially at the stage where solicitors, buyers and possibly sellers needed to be chased up. We really could not fault them. There is a proliferation of Estate Agents around Pinner and we would be happy to endorse Robson's.. Forget the rest, go to the best.
