Richer Sounds - Oxford Omdömen

The staff where amazing in the advice offered and the products arrived very quickly.

Great advice and you can tell the team have expert knowledge, will definitely be using again.

Efficient, friendly service inc necessary home visit, great price, even greater product.

Only minus: we were assured the sound bar would fit on our TV table but it doesn’t. But TV and Manhattan box are bliss!

Excellence service from Matt at the Oxford store. Thank you.

I can not fault the staff at the Oxford branch they were very friendly helpful and professional they also knew their stuff about different tv and size etc I will recommend them to family and friends without hesitation also the manager Kass was very respectful not only to me but to his staff as well I could tell they are a very good team that work together

Order dispatched and arrived promptly; team was really helpful even when I put the wrong order details in

I recently made my first purchase from Richer Sounds in Oxford. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. Thank you so much to you all. You made the experience very memorable. I will certainly be back to buy more from you in future.

Good advice, good communication and prompt service, product lives up to expectations

Kaz was really helpful, guided us to the right product for what we needed instead of a more expensive option.

Fantastic service and excellent product knowledge from Kaz

What a great experience very accommodating very helpful soughted out a wonderful hi-fi for me thank you Damian and the team at Oxford

Very quick and easy.
Excellent company and an excellent UK made television.
(Cello TV).

There were no problems. I have always found the Oxford branch to be helpful and, above all, honest. They are happy to avoid me having a wasted journey by paying for items up front over the phone (e.g. cables) and then putting the items to one side for me to pick up. Very useful.

Great courtesy from Damien and the other members of the team in Oxford. He had provided a selection of options for me to listen to, did not try to upsell, but respected my budget, and we were able to come to a satisfactory conclusion. I had used Richer Sounds on a previous occasion and their service was as impressive in both instances. Very reasonably priced too. 10 out of 10

Very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive staff. We had a 1001 questions and they were extremely patient and went above and beyond to make sure we bought the right audio equipment that we wanted for our circumstances. We even ended up buying more than we went in for!

The usual pleasant and efficient service

Really helpful staff, with sound advice on my intended purchase from them. I am very pleased with my Hisense Mini Led 55" Tv

Kaz is always welcoming and knowledgeable on tech products. I am happy to continue shopping at Richer Sounds for my future purchases.
