Richer Sounds - Oxford Omdömen 

It's great to see a UK retailer still providing great service and commitment to good products (when so many have disappeared or gone faceless online). I bought by first hi-fi wiht my Dad aged 16 from Richer Sounds Birmingham who helped me with a sweet, easy going setup for not a lot of money. Over the years I've upgraded my way up the hi-fi chain, with great service from RS all the way at various locations - headphones, speakers, cables you name it. I dropped in to RS Oxford on route to town yesterday expecting to just browse and ended up demoing a few new speakers. Paddy knew his stuff and couldn't be more helpful. I went from looking at sub £1k speakers to fixing on some £2k Neat Petites which I'll be ordering as soon as I raise the additional funds! RS has always given no BS advice, great service and solid prices. Sure, you could look on Ebay or Aliexpress but I'd rather spend my £'s with a bunch that deserve it, safe that I've heard what I'm spending my money on.

Sale staff knew the technical aspects of the tv's and stop us from making an expensive mistake.

Been buying stuff from these guys for decades and there’s a good reason for that. Always ridiculously knowledgeable, answer the most stupid questions with patience and grace, and perhaps most importantly for anyone who’s not already a customer, they NEVER try to oversell!

rang the oxford branch and hade a small discussion on re useing my old speakers and i was told they would work with the denon av. item was in stock and pickup in 40 minutes all good

Absolutely fantastic customer service today from Paddy. I came in thinking I might need to replace my turntable and he fixed several problems and moreover showed me how to do the same myself. Got it home and armed with that knowledge, have since been loving my old 45s. If only all shops were like this.

From point of ordering to the delivery It was smooth sailing and It was a lot cheaper than any other competition, so more than happy. I am also very impress with the team in Oxford and how helpful they were when I contacted them. I highly recommend these guys.

The members were knowledgeable and helpful and when I had issues with my new appliance they tried to help and point me in the right direction. The AV amp turned up when they said it would and I was given a one hour time frame, so I did not have to stay in all day.
