Richer Sounds - Oxford Omdömen

Ordered a pair of earphones bud headphones on line. Had an issue with them as they wouldn't pair with my phone. Called my local branch, Oxford and Kaz the manager couldn't have been more helpful! They had a pair in stock which I was able to go and collect. Paired up perfectly first time!
Thank you Kaz

I ordered a TV online and as promised the TV was ready to collect from the local store when expected and the staff were helpful and polite.

Kaz and the team are excellent!

Got the best advice and an amazing price, will be using them for all my electronics needs!

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, answering all my questions and helping me choose the right Denon amplifier. Everything went smoothly, and I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this shop!

Excellent service as ever from Kaz & Paddy at the Oxford Store

Straight forward ordering process, informative website. My second purchase of smart tv from Richer sounds. Tv delivered within 36 hours of purchase. Very happy with price and delivery.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, both at the Leeds and Oxford branches.
Best Customer service I’ve experienced for ages.

Great advice. Everything went smoothly with no fuss. The equipment is great quality and at a very good price. I’m very pleased.

Great experience from start to finish. Constant communication throughout to get the correct tv for the space needed. Nothing was too much trouble.

Matt at the Oxford branch was great in tracking down a monitor for me that was out of stock and kept me really well informed on the status. Super helpful and great service!

Although mine was a relatively small order I made a couple of phone calls to head office and your Oxford store to clarify a few things and was very impressed by the helpful attitude and expertise of the staff. The final cost was very competitive.
I will not hesitate in recommending Richer Sounds to all and sundry 🤩😂🤩

Upgrading my turntable. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and appear dedicated to ensuring that you select the solution that is best for you. There is no hard sell and they do not try and press unwanted extras or “insurance”. Whilst it is a drive to get to
The store, I would always use Richer Sounds for hifi and tv purchases and support.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and give good advice based on what you tell them that you are looking for. I also recently had to get a tv looked at using their 6 year guarantee and it was an impressively efficient service.

Wonderful from start to finish! Great and friendly salesperson on the line, to a knowledgeable and patient installer. 5 year warranty is amazing too. Will visit again.

Great service as always. Questions answered quickly and honestly by a "real" knowledgeable human being, very fast tracked delivery (if needed) with one hour delivery window. Excellent value. Easy telephone access to speak directly to a sales person. If only all companies could be like this - forget AI, Richer Sounds is definitely "A One".
