14-day Return Policy Works Well.
I recently bought a CD player from the Liverpool store under their 14-day return policy. When I tested the new unit at home, a number of my CDs had skipping issues at some point during the album - something the previous players never did.
When I took the player back to the store, the staff were very professional and issued a full refund without any further questions.

Filthy Dirty Sonos ERA 100 Box
Really disappointed that Package arrived in original manufacturers box. This was to be a birthday present for my son but arrived in White Sonos box with huge delivery sticker stuck on and the white box was absolutely filthy and had been squashed in one corner. Not all suitable at all for a birthday gift.
I don’t recall seeing an option, while ordering, to receive in manufacturers box, so I expected it to arrive in a secondary box with Sonos box protected inside.

I’m genuinely sorry to hear how disappointed you were with the condition of the packaging, especially as this was intended as a birthday gift for your son, and I understand the clear frustration here.
We do ship products in the original manufacturer’s packaging for several reasons, and do include a note during the checkout to highlight that this may reveal the contents. That said, this doesn’t take away from the fact that the box should arrive clean and presentable, which clearly wasn’t the case on this occasion, and which I will investigate with the courier who delivered the parcel.
If packaging is important, particularly for gifts, our team are always very happy to discuss alternative options where possible, I’m sorry if that wasn’t clear or didn’t stand out at the time of ordering and will certainly review this in light of what has happened here.

I Wouldn't Shop Anywhere Else...
I originally went to richersounds to look at Projectors and after a very detailed presentation from Andy I realised a large screen TV was best for me so I purchased the TCL 98Q9BK 98" TV at a great VIP price, I have mounted it on a wall and its Amazing the picture quality is brilliant, I also purchased a Samsung Soundbar Q99OF at another VIP price which is also mounted on a wall with the supplied brackets and it sounds Amazing, Firstly I would like to thank Andy for his expert knowledge and guidance in helping me to chose the right equipment for me and at the right price, also I would like to thank the other members of the team I also dealt with Stuart, Dave and Justin in making this an enjoyable experience I wouldn't go anywhere for my entertainment equipment,

Liverpool first class
From initial discussion around what I was looking for , to booking a demo and trying various kit, the experience was first class from Diego and the team.
Nothing was any trouble and the expert advice second to none.
Delivery arranging was again a breeze and no issues with sorting dates to suit.
Purchasing new kit has been a great overall experience and looking forward to getting it all set up.

Brilliant customer service from Kelvin…
Brilliant customer service from Kelvin which is so hard to come by these days. Kelvin is extremely knowledgeable about the products, which allowed him to confidently recommend the most suitable soundbar and TV for our needs.
We did not feel rushed to make a decision, with a few options provided for our budget.
I cannot recommend Richer Sounds enough, they (and Kelvin) are top notch so I wouldn't go anywhere else. Price wise, they were the cheapest too so all in all an absolutely excellent experience. 💯
