Richer Sounds - Liverpool Omdömen 

I have used Richer Sounds for many, many years. I believe they are the best audio and TV specialists on the high street. My local store in Liverpool has some of the most professional and helpful staff, and it just there when you need to see something in the flesh.

Im a long standing customer of RS but now live 50 miles from my nearest store. On a few days break to Liverpool, finalising my choice of a new premium TV, after months of research, i went to the shop shortly after they opened up. Had the staff to myself and was sat down in a comfy sofa in the viewing room with an assistant and we talked for an hour and comprehensively covered all my questions. There was no sales pressure and I achieved what I went there for_ got detailed advice from an expert to give me confidence to make the purchase - which I did.
I think I got a good deal and am pleased with the new telly which was delivered (free) on the date I specified. Post sale communication has been excellent and the couriers used were also above and beyond.

I have bought all my hi-fi equipment from Richer Sounds since the early eighties they have never let me down both in service and in quality of product. This time was no exception and I am very pleased with my latest purchase.

Honest, knowledgeable staff who advised best equipment to purchase, which separate would work best with each other without trying to oversell unnecessary items.

The staff member I spoke with really impressed me by taking the time to look up what type of system I had at home so he could recommend the most suitable subwoofer, and then readily answered several other unrelated queries. The item was delivered the next day and absolutely exceeds my expectations.

The company does EVERYTHING well. The recruitment procedure seems to constantly attract people who are great communicators, expert in their product knowowledge, generous and patient in the advice they give. They are all enthusiastic about the company, and there's a buzz of energy about the store. We've been helped by a good cross section of the staff at the Liverpool branch, and they've all been great to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble, no question goes unanswered.

Helpful in ensuring purchase was the right one. Have used Richer Sounds for many years in buying Hi fi and TV have always given exemplary service and good advice.

It was a seamless hassle free experience from start to finish. Popped into the shop asked for the tv I wanted paid and left within 10 mins max. Recently purchased a Fosi mc331 amplifier which is outstanding value for money and sounds great! Stuart at the Liverpool branch was most helpful leading up to my purchase. I always consider Richer Sounds first when considering purchase of any hi fi equipment.

Staff were very helpful, patient and polite with me. Pleased with the goods I did purchase and would not hesitate to shop from richersounds again.

Kelvin was very informative regarding the tv we were looking to purchase. He explained the options available to us regarding quality and price. We never felt under pressure to purchase but are extremely happy with the tv recommended by him.
