Richer Sounds - Leicester Omdömen 

I recently upgraded my speakers and amplifier to an Onkyo and Martin Logan package following advice from Paul at Richer Sounds Leicester. He took the time to listen to my requirements, devising the best solution for my budget, and was extremely patient when I encountered connection issues. All sorted now though - Paul delivered the expected RS mix of experience and passion for audio in spades!

Easy to navigate the website to order and instant notification of stock available. I decided to collect my new tv from store and was asssisted in loading into the car. All in all another good experience at Richer Sounds.

After researching different tv’s, Richer sounds was recommended by friends. I was served by Paul, who was patient and talked through everything. All the staff have been great when I have had further questions. Excellent service, friendly and sincere.

Called into Leicester branch, as my elderly turntable gave up.All staff exceptional, going above and beyond, without pressure to sell me something that was above my capabilities or budget. Found me the items I wanted, expecting in a week, all but one came in less 24hrs. The item that was difficult to put time frame, not before mid August expecting, came today, that's less than a week, from ordering to delivery. Well done, Seb and Paul.

I'm a big fan of Richer Sounds and like their business philosophy and support of their work colleagues. I also like staffs' welcoming demeanour and service. Recently I went to the Leicester branch for some speaker cable and was served by Paul. He was very obliging and gave me the 24 metres of quality cable as requested for a reasonable price. I have now cut the cable in half to create two cables, fitted connectors to each end and the cables now form an important part of my Bang & Olufsen 5000 system that I recently acquired for my special Birthday present. Just a small point though, having got home and measured the speaker cable length it was roughly 1 metre short and only 23 metres long. It's not an issue as I had allowed extra but I had also paid for 24 metres and was sold short 😢. Anyway, the B&O system sounds great through the Redline 60s that I have owned for about 30 years and recently refurbished the auxiliary bass reflex panels. So if anyone is looking for a reliable aftermarket method of rebuilding a pair of RL60 ABRs please get in touch. BH

Went into Richer Sounds to buy a TV for my 93 year old Mum. My only concern was will she be able to use the controller - the staff member was brilliant (he had recently bought a new TV for his elderly Dad so knew my dilemma). Explained the TV to both my husband and myself and showed us the controller. TV was arranged to be delivered to my Mum's assisted living facility between 10am -1pm the following day. I then received a phone call from the delivery driver at 7.35am stating he was trying to deliver the TV - I declined the delivery. I rang Richer Sounds Leicester spoke to Paul gave him the details and he informed me dont worry we will sort it for you. I received a phone call from the Manager (Sebastian) stating he would be bringing the TV himself to my Mum's home - which he did. Brilliant customer service. Thank you Richer Sounds from a 93 year old & a happy daughter.

Levi offered expert, experienced advise tailored to our budget and needs. He listened to what we needed and how we use the equipment. We have ended up with the perfect kit for what we wanted at the right price. Excellent friendly and professional service.
