Retro Clasico Omdömen 

I ordered a scarf from retro clasico. It was not dispatched for two weeks following the order and still hasn't arrived despite apying for first class delivery. It therefore has missed my mothers 60th birthday. I have sent several emails to retro clasico and received no response. I would not use this company again.

Ordered one item with no issues but since ordered a second and while receiving an email confirming the order, have heard nothing since despite sending several emails to check in on when it will be delivered. In fact, the customer service email address noted on the website doesn’t even work.

Finally arrived and no issues with it - but still a complete lack of communication.

I order a framed poster, received an email to say it had been dispatched but it didn’t arrive. I sent two emails but no response. Eventually it arrived but the quality was very poor, so much so that I can’t bring myself to put it on the wall. It looks like it has been photocopied on poor quality paper as the paper is wavy at the bottom (as if the photocopier they have used has a fault!)
So £24.95 wasted and I won’t be recommending or using again. I’ve messaged them to complain but had no response, surprise surprise!

Terrible company avoid at all costs. No tracking number no response and waited 3 weeks for delivery .

I placed an order on 22nd December. Since then, I've emailed twice and got no response. I'm aware it's over Christmas and new year, but I'm a bit concerned after reading some of the negative reviews on here.

Edit: I've since received and "order dispatched" email from them on 5/1/25. Will wait and see when it turns up.

Edit edit: it arrived a week after this (around 12/1/25). It may have been delayed due to the festive season. I still didn't receive any reply to my emails asking for updates. I did however receive 2 marketing emails.

*update in Sept 2025* - ive now recycled the tshirt as the material is poor quality and the printed design on the front stuck together and has warped. Not good.

Ordered a scarf for my dad for Christmas on the 10th, it was shipped on the 16th, and it arrived on the 20th. No tracking details were provided, no contact was available with the company themselves, which appears to be a trend based on some of the reviews here. I didn't actually check these reviews until after the order had been placed, which caused me a bit of concern. The scarf did arrive, albeit taking bit longer than the first class delivery suggested it should have taken. But it arrived, is of really good quality, and I'm really pleased with it. Hopefully he'll be too. Odd experience, but a lot better than most are having, by the looks of things.

ZERO STARS - still waiting for my order. Can't reach customer services - in fact my email to them BOUNCED! Going to try and get my money back through the bank

Avoid, avoid, avoid. I have eventually received my order but the quality is beyond terrible - thin scarf with the blue colour running into the white, definitely cannot give as a gift. But even worse than that I cannot get in touch with any of the email addresses, they all bounce back, which leads me to think they are not at all trustworthy. Also not even replying to please on socials - not a good sign.

Avoid this company - still waiting for my ceefax mug since 2023, daily marketing emails but nothing to respond to emails sent asking for info on my order. Their address doesn’t exist and no phone number to speak to anyone - they take your money and can’t be traced. Scam

Yesterday, i was getting ready to echo the comments of others about Retro being a scam company. But today the scarves i ordered arrive - super happy and very pleased. But they took ages to arrive - over a month after I received the dispatch notice. I wrote twice but no response. And no phone number to call either. Happy the scarves arrived, but poor customer service.

I am seriously concerned about the validity of this website. My order has never arrived and all follow up emails (six so far) have been ignored yet I did receive an automated email requesting a Trust Pilot review!

An absolute disgrace and my credit card company have been instructed to recover my money.

Scam company. Avoid. The only reviews on here that are genuine, are from disgruntled customers. The rest are placed by the scammers. I can't believe they've actually asked for a review. Very happy with the Ceefax mug, arrived promptly as advised it would and quality is good. I’d definitely use again!

I purchased a sweatshirt and paid for it, it has never arrived. On another occasion I received what I purchased and it was very good quality. There is literally no way to get in touch with Retro Clasico as the only email is the one they email you from which they ignore. I have read others experienced the same.

So be wary is my advice as it’s a lottery as to whether you get your order or not.

Have bought a couple of mugs from retro Classico as gifts and they were so well received that I bought my own. Really clever idea to bring back the Ceefax nostalgia. Would definitely buy again

Well I ordered 2 towels.. only 1 Landed, no response about my other towel ever....now emailing me for something I paid for and never got or even a refund.....to get a good review....hmmmmm

I ordered a custom football Ceefax page on a T-shirt and Mouse Mat and was very happy with the quality! I certainly recommend this small business; take a browse on what they offer as these would make an ideal gift to a family member, a friend or even yourself! Thank so much for my purchases, love them!
