As with many other reviewers, they took my money, didn't deliver, and ignored emails. Thankfully purchased on credit card so chargeback is in progress. Wish I'd read the reviews first.

I ordered a poster 8 weeks ago. Never received anything. They do not respond to e-mails. Unbelievable this company can sell products and receive money. And there is nothing you can do. So get the warning, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!

DO BOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Avoid at all costs. Item arrived damaged and I emailed them immediately regarding replacement. It has been a month and despite chasing, they have not replied.

Scarf never arrived and haven't heard anything from the numerous emails I've sent wish I had checked reviews before I ordered

I really wish I had checked the reviews before ordering.

I ordered a scarf from Retro Clasico and, despite paying for it, I have never received the scarf. I have also contacted the company by email and received but no response whatsoever.

At this point, I have no idea whether my order will ever arrive, and the complete lack of communication is simply unacceptable. A company taking payment and then ignoring customers who haven't received their goods is extremely concerning.

As a result, I have now had to make a chargeback claim through my credit card company to try to recover the money.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering ordering from Retro Clasico checks the recent reviews very carefully before handing over any money. I certainly wish I had.

Unfortunately, we didn't read reviews before purchasing. We ordered a poster in good faith and received a delivery notice a week later, only to never receive the product. I have emailed multiple times for the delivery details, tracking info and given them time to resend but not heard anything from them. Therefore, a credit card charge back is the only option. We found this company on facebook and therefore they should remove the account as this is clearly a scam company. Do not use.

Ordered a t-shirt on 20th June 2026.
Paid £26 in good faith.

Received a dispatch email on 29th June.

Item was not sent via tracked mail and never arrived.

Sent them numerous emails to them asking for help... but no response received.

Wish I had read the reviews on here before I ordered.

Disgrace of a company, bunch of scammers by the looks of things.

Scam merchants don't engage with them. Took my money and 6 weeks on no product nor response to several emails . Resorted to disputing payment via bank. Very poor company

Fulfilled my order quickly enough, but the t-shirt I received was a completely different colour from what was advertised and expected. Tried following up, repeatedly, but despite what Retro Classico say on their website, Retro Classico doesn't do customer service. They're best avoided.

Took my money, never even received a confirmation letter, contacted support and received no contact back and I very much doubt that it is little more than a scam. Absolute outrage and will be reporting to trading standards. Will try to find a way to get my money back but it’s not looking promising. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID one star is too generous this must be the worst company I’ve purchased anything from. No goods delivered and no contact from their so called ‘customer support’ after numerous emails.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Absolutely disgusting company. Who take your money and do not send the correct prints. After a number of ignored emails I decided to just buy a replacement print. And again they sent the incorrect print. And again do not reply to your emails and no phone number to ring. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Scam business. Didn't receive my order and nobody is replying to my emails about a refund so I have reported to Trading Standards and filed a claim with my credit card company.

I ordered something six weeks ago they said it was dispatched within a week but it never arrived. I have emailed them three times and receive no reply. There is no telephone number.

Bought a scarf and received an order confirmation - that was the last I heard from them, they’re unreachable. Absolutely disgraceful.

Atrocious service! Half of a £40 order placed in November 2025 received.
Despite initially promising to fulfil remainder, subsequent emails just ignored.

Never received my order same as everybody else got a dispatched email after week never arrived sent loads of emails no reply .I managed to get my money back threw my bank this company is a scams and done this hundreds of people .avoid at all costs

Do not use this company. They take your money and do not send the order out and are then uncontactable. A total scam.

I ordered a phone case (order no. 285885) for a family member for Christmas and I never received it. This was on 8th December. I waited a while as thought maybe there was a mistake and it would be on it's way at some point. But since 12th January I have been emailing them consistently and I have not had one response (it is now March). I don't want this item anymore, I just want a refund and its incredibly frustrating to have paid for a product that never was received. To know that my money was taken for an item I could not gift at Christmas and to have no explanation or apology is appalling. I have told many people to avoid this website and reading the reviews now, I wish I had too. Would give 0 stars if I could. Refund me ASAP.

Item took a while to arrive and when it did, it was poor quality, not as described, wildly inaccurate in terms of sizing, and was a different colour to the one on the website.

It was intended as a birthday present. I've bought better quality hoodies for a fraction of the cost from Asda.

Tried on two occasions to request a refund to no avail, so today I've sent a third email threatening legal action.

Having read the other reviews on here, I'm relieved to see it's not just me who has had a bad experience (although commiserations with everyone else who has!) and I'm encouraged to leave a review of my experience so far in the hopes it might prompt a response from the owner, if the threat of legal action doesn't, and also warn others not to buy from this retailer.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering.

EDIT – 8 March, 2026: Have reported to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice. Next step will be trying to claim the money back via the bank.
