Zero response. Zero customer service. Happy to be proved wrong. I ordered an A3 poster! Mid to late June, nothing has arrived. We have a ring doorbell so we have not missed any deliveries. I was emailed on the 26th June telling me my order was dispatched, yet still nothing has arrived. I have emailed the email address stated very clearly on the website, it’s the one that sent out the notification of delivery. I have emailed multiple times and STILL have no response. Here is the order number… someone PLEASE contact me to resolve and I will remove this review!

Cheaply Printed T-shirts are poor quality for what you pay, faded quickly after one or two washes. Not the best and quite expensive for what you get.

I placed an order with the company which took 7 days to dispatch. This is not a problem as the order was potentially a bespoke set of ceefax mugs.

Received notification that the order was dispatched 25 Jun…waited until 2 Jul before contacting the company as the order wasn’t received.

They responded to state the order was delivered and gave me the delivery link for the courier they used.

Neither this company nor the carrier notified me of the deliver attempt which was placed in the bin!!!!! I have pulled the CCTV as evidence that no note was attempted to state where the item was left. In addition, as this company had not provided me with the courier notice no ‘safe place’ was able to be designated.

After several attempts to contact the company about either a replacement or refund - absolute silence from them.

Avoid this company at all costs. Whilst my order is only £30, to some that is a lot of money given the current climate.

I ordered a rugby shirt phone case for my husband for his birthday, he still has the phone case now after two years and it is still in great condition. The item arrived well in time and fitted his phone perfectly. Great value for money and great service. Thank you.

Poor/slow comms, and the experience was exacerbated by the delivery driver throwing the parcel over the side gate without telling me (I was home at the time but they didn't knock/ring) so it was sat outside for 10 days.

Providing tracking info on the dispatch email would have avoided all these issues.

I ordered this product on the 9th June and the product arrived on the 16th June.

Good quality and happy with product.

The company does however need to improve their customer service as they did not reply to my email sent on 11th June.

Although their website states that they are a small company and to allow 4 days for delivery plus an additional 2 for custom orders my concerns were increased by the company supposedly going into administration in 2021.

Pay by credit card just for the additional protection.

Great Ceefax custom printed mug!

Ordered a Father’s Day present the week before Father’s Day and paid extra for delivery to be quicker, it’s now father Father’s Day and no order has arrived. It cost £50 and there’s nothing also for other people’s information if you look online it says the company was dissolved in 2021 so that may have something to do with why orders are never sent.

1 star is generous. Zero customer service. Either avoid or pay on a credit card so you have a channel to claim an inevitable refund for problems afterwards.

Ordered 3 mugs. Took two weeks to arrive. No response to emails. One of the 3 mugs was smashed to bits on delivery, really poorly packed. Miracle the other two survived.

When you try to login to your account using your email address to find your order, it apparently doesn’t exist, which is weird because I’m now receiving their marketing emails to that same email address.

Truly awful. Avoid.

I'm afraid that the bad reveiews are true. Goods not received and no communication.

Three emails to try and resolve it were ignored. Attempts to contact the business via Facebook also ignored.

Avoid placing any orders with this business.

Ordered a phone case was dispatched on the 13 th May still haven’t received sent two emails contacted on insta and Facebook no response terrible customer service no phone number to call I would avoid at all costs

Company is a scam. Says a four day dispatch but I got an email after two weeks and then three weeks later it still hadn't arrived. No tracking option.. No response to emails asking for updates. Will have to do lots of bank forms to try to get money back...have been told this would be easier with PayPal, so it you are going to buy from them would suggest you reduce the risk. Or better still look at BeyondxCreations on Etsy. They really do dispatch within a few days and have time-line tracking options.

Like many people I have been caught out by this company who cannot deliver goods and will not communicate.

I urge everyone to steer clear and not follow the click bait advertising for goods which appear to be real and linked to important celebratory events like cup wins. I saw yesterday they were repeating the ad this time to catch out Spurs fans.

I have passed my complaint to trading standards but having paid for mugs in March am yet to revive anything only see this as an online scam.

Took ages for the hoody to ship and when it arrived its minging quality. Literally an £8 Primark Hoody with a £1 transfer ironed on. For £35. Piss take.

I've ordered a retro ceefax mug in April. Payment made, I've received confirmation of my order (17th April), and received an email saying my order has been dispatched (25th April)

Today (10th May) still no sign and no reply to two emails...

Based on the number of 1 star reviews, I'll not hold my breath.

Avoid! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. 2+ months after ordering, nowt delivered and won't respond to emails. Cretins

I ordered a Ceefax mug for my Dad 3rd April, I have chased 3 times, when you send a message on social media you get an automatic reply to contact their customer services, I’ve tried 3 times and not had a response. My Dad is without his present for his 70th birthday. Terrible customer service and won’t be using them again.

Ordered an A2 print on the 18th March, only just arrived on the 5th April! Poor quality paper, very poor quality printing, its been trimmed short so it's not actually A2 size! Avoid this company and spend your money elsewhere.

Like with many other reviewers here, I placed an order in early January and have received no product and no response from Retro Clasico despite three emails to them. I would urge you not to make the same mistake. Steer clear of these cowboys.
