Our solicitors deal with all types of personal injury claims on a no win no fee basis. Where possible we will look to ensure that there are no deductions from your damages. Most lawyers will seek to take a deduction of up to 25% from your compensation by way of a Success Fee. Resolution Law will not. Instead, we will assess each case individually to see if a 0% success fee is possible. If it is not, we will cap any success fee deduction at 20%.

A great support and very helpful

Car Accident claim myself wife
This note to say Resolution law handled our claim for an accident back in Oct 2018 with the claim settled now for myself & myself to a very high standard .

Cloned Plate Hit & Run - SETTLED
I was involved in a hit and run accident in early 2020, multiple companies dropped the claim as i was hit by a vehicle on cloned plates. My claim finally made it to resolution law in late 2021 and Sarah Campbell took on my claim through the MIB. The process was lengthy but this was due to delays and investigations on the motor insurance bearues side. Sarah ensured I was informed at all stages, putting my mind at ease, she assisted with collection of all essential details and information. From this I was reviewed by psychologists and doctors and arrangements were made to ensure I was making a full recovery with any assistance I may require. My claim is now settled in full and i am able to progress with my life taking the pressure off completely. I can't thank her and the company enough and would highly recommend using there services.

When Mark Hill was working on my case, and he was always happy to fit calls around my awkward work schedule and answer any questions I had. He kept a very good line of communication open and ongoing.
