Very slow process, never once spoken to anybody was just done via email during odd hours. Even though the claim was perceived not in my favour i feel no proper effort or guidance was ever given and no interest in helping.

Thankfully for my new motor insurance I'm with different company so if the unfortunate event does happen again its doesn't take nearly 3years to find out and slow email responses.

I would not use again.
