The whole process was excellent; everything CFS told us they would do, they did, and everything that they told us would happen, did happen. At each point along the way there was accurate and comprehensive communication updating us. I think it couldn’t have been simpler or more straightforward, throughout the whole 9/10 months, and right until the payment reached my bank account. At a difficult time, CFS simply took care of it all, end to end.

I couldn’t praise CFS enough - everything my was handled professionally, promptly and comprehensively. A great job all round.

The team are very easy to deal with, all you have to do is send over a few details of your redundancy case and they all sort it out for you with bi weekly email updates on the progress of the court case, it’s like “sit back and relax” as they do all the heavy lifting for you for just a small commission cut on your final payout, just a warning, the RPS are a bit difficult to deal with so it’s not a quick process but will be all worth it in the end.

Special thanks to James who helped me with some issues the RPS made with my case, if we ever meet I’d be more than happy to buy you a pint or six :)

CFS and their staff where all very professional, understanding and approachable.

They kept us updated as much as possible going above and beyond to keep the information flowing.

Even spending a lot of time once the case was closed to sort out payment details that was mixed up from the redundancy services.

After i explained i had never used a redundancy service, CFS helped me with all queries and assisted in what document to send out-with their original correspondence. I was ready to just forget about the redundancy and leave it alone but grateful that i had a little bit of extra help from CFS.

CFS made the process very easy, giving clear instructions of how to complete required forms, and what the next steps would be. They keep frequent communication, and delivered on their proposal. It was great to have it taken care of in the background without taking up much of my time.

They have managed to deal with a large number of claimants, with conflicting information and seeking continual updates and still successfully lead us through to a good conclusion.

I would absolutely recommend the services of CFS redundancy support. I was an employee of a company for only 2 years when they folded and was refused any redundancy via the .gov website.
