Whilst my personal claim was a lengthy amount of time, CFS redundancy (Vicky and James particularly!) were incredible with communication, empathy, precision….and explaining the complicated bits in layman’s terms!! Fantastic service and very helpful, friendly staff who kept us informed at every stage of the procedure. As it was a lengthy claim, it was nice to know we weren't forgotten about with regular case updates and they responded very quickly to our questions. I am very happy about this service.

An unexpected outcome!
James and his team made this process as easy as possible.
After the company we worked for fell into administration we didn't expect to get any numeration package. After 16 months we managed to get a settlement which was processed quickly and in a professional manner.

Put a collective claim in with CFS for a protective award because of no consultation period before being made redundant it took about 18 months but happily got a payout eventually minus the 20% they charge no win no fee but was worth it as I would not have known I could claim this.CFS do all the work just a few documents to sign
