Really good service following a road accident in which the third party were extremely difficult to work with. My claim handler was particularly prompt in replying to any correspondence from myself or the other parties solicitor. My case started in 2016 and until 2021 I was moved from pillar to post and received little to communication from anyone at resolution law. When COVID started I was genuinely afraid that my case would never be settled and that I was doomed to end up in a dusty filing cabinet at the back of a storage room somewhere.
Lucky for me, Mark Hill took on my case and it only took a few months for me to feel fully confident in his ability. Mark took the time to study and understand my case, and it wasn’t long before he’d formulated a strategy to get things moving quickly in the right direction. Mark was extremely communicative throughout and never failed to keep me up to date with all new progress as and when it happened. As a client I felt valued and listened to, and that my thoughts and opinions on some of the decisions that needed to be made in order to progress the case were both appreciated and understood.
