Great service
We placed our order when the agent rang but found a recipe which included sea bass.We rang Regal a couple of days before our order was due to be delivered and they managed to add to our order.

Going the extra mile to help the customer.
I was disappointed at first to discover that the frozen pack I prefer was not available because when I wrap the fresh fish in foil it tears and the fish are hard to separate. I was then told you would wrap the fish for me which I really appreciate. It makes life so much easier.

Excellent company
Have been with Regal Fish for quite sometime and never had bad service and everything is delivered on time.
My only thing now is since changing the web site they don't have a place to put in the postcode and find out when next the delivery in my area is, much easier to budget for how long the wait is.

Your staff have been amazing both on the telephone and delivery in accommodating my needs . Canât thank them enough for their consideration.
Fish has been amazing (except the haddock that I have tried a couple of times but still disappointing.I think my memory of having haddock fromHull docks many years ago has coloured this so not your fault. Your smoked haddock is beautiful though!)

Boney fish fingers
Good delivery etc, fish cakes and haddock good, but the fish fingers contained a lot of big sharp bones. Batter was also a bit soggy.
The fish finger quality seems to have deteriorated since our last purchase.
