Absolutely diabolical!
Have ordered from this company in the past and things have gone well.
However recently placed and paid for dressed crab and fish cakes but they have not been delivered. They should have come 1 weeks ago today. Emailed the company trying to find out what’s happening but haven’t heard a thing

Crab and prawns were a day late so arrived defrosted and mushy, box all damaged. Sent 4 email to the company but no reply, tried calling but no answer, sent message on Facebook but nothing! Very poor service and it’s safe to say I won’t be using them again. £75 in the bin literally.

The crabs claws were wonderful. So pleased.

Excellent Quality crab claws delivered on time. Tried large claws as a comparison but weight of shell was too high as proportion of the total weight provided. Still very nice quality of crabmeat.

The delivery was supposed to happen two days ago (Friday). The order confirmation says they'll update me with shipping information, but I didn’t get any. Today is Sunday. I rang 6 times on Friday, but they wouldn't answer the phone. I also sent two emails, but got no reply. I now get an auto email asking to review them. What am I supposed to say other than I'll be opening a Paypal dispute on Monday.

All well, but please do not pack crab claws tight in a plastic bag. I will make them smell unappetising at best, some might even think that they are not safe to eat.

Crab claws and prawns were delivered a day late which meant they were in transit for 2 days and when they arrived they the box was damaged and everything was defrosted so that meant £75 worth of seafood in the bin as the prawns were mushy and the crab meat was like slop. I tried ringing the company no reply, sent numerous emails and also messages on messenger but still nothing. I think it’s safe to say I won’t be using them again due to poor customer service.

The dressed lobster is really good, a great Friday night "takeaway". Service is good - no issues with delivery dates.

I've previously left a 5 star review for Berwick Shellfish but my experience with this company this last few days has been shocking. I tried to place an £150 order for delivery today online . I wasn't able to checkout although my payment through PayPal was authorised!!! I phoned - no reply - I emailed order through - no acknowledgement!!! I'm getting a little bit annoyed now- all I wanted to know was "am I getting my fish?" phoned again yesterday - actually got a reply but was told " I can't do anything now - someone will ring you back !!!" They never did . What is going on !???? I've phoned again this morning - no reply!!!! My payment is still pending but I can't cancel it through PayPal ??? Still none the wiser. Such a shame - I won't be using this company again there are obviously issues . If you read this eventually - can you let me know if I'm getting my order??? My advice go somewhere else there are loads of online fish merchants available.

Great service replaced a late delivery without hesitation !

Ordered £100 worth of Lobster, Crab, Smoked Haddock & D sliced smoked salmon. Whilst the Lobster, crab & haddock were as described, the smoked salmon was a real let-down. It was underweight - 947g instead of 1kg. Also, it was still on the skin, which I have never before seen. Once the inedible skin had been discarded we were left with 648g of sliced smoked salmon and 56g of 'scraps'. So, instead of 1KG of smoked salmon, we ended up with 704g. Almost 30% short of what we paid for. I contacted their customer services twice by email, giving them the opportunity to respond and make matters right but was met with a wall of silence.

Fantastic service fast fresh and in perfect condition from the other end of the uk this is the second time i returned because they were so good the first time. And I have not been disappointed. Don’t hesitate.
