This time delivery was much longer then usually & coffee smelt a bit over roasted & more bitter then precious purchased ones

Went to the Shepherds Bush shop. One of 2 self service screens not working. Second very slow. Staff not wanting to manually serve. Never been to BS coffee before. Walked back out. Won’t try again ! Seem indifferent

After hearing others rave about the Revival beans, I ordered some but was disappointed to find they were roasted 5 months ago with an expiry date of January 2027. I thought they were freshly roasted but they could in theory be up to a year old when you buy them

we went in as a party of 3 after work around 5:15, for a change, as we usually go to Starbucks in Colne. The server who took our order, really did not look as though she wanted to be there, she took our order and we received what we ordered. We wanted a second round as it were, but were told that 'we close soon', we ordered a couple of cool drinks that could be taken away, but I wanted a double espresso, and was told it would only be served in a takeaway paper cup, that did not suit me, so I declined. So a sale, no matter how small was lost, and even though the coffee is better than our normal place, it is doubtful that we would go again after work.
As the location is a stand alone part of a large self store facility, working standard(ish) office hours is not particularly a great business model. I would have thought that opening earlier & later would be a great benefit to the area as a whole, and of course to your turnover.

Had a lovely pistachio latte and almond croissant from Black Sheep Coffee in Merry Hill this evening. Lovely drink, friendly staff and great service. Drink was made by Kia. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 service.

I recently had a Black Sheep coffee at the train station and couldn’t believe what I’d been missing out on, it was the best coffee I think I’ve ever had (sounds dramatic, I know!). So once I realised they did Nespresso pods I had to order immediately, I don’t want my mornings to be without them!!

They repeatedly serve coffee that is not as it should be. For example, the coffee is supposed to come with cream, and very often there is no cream in it. No warning or communication either. Paid in full every time. I complained once, they said they were going to offer a refund. Never received it. Their customer service won't bother to respond. Useless service, which is shame because their coffee can taste good when it is properly made and served.

We received the order and trying to return due to old stock , really hard to get response.

All the time I visit the black sheep coffee it is my best coffee shop and the staff if very adorable and respectful

Coffee taste is always great.
Especially Black Sheep at Bishopsgate is fantastic and very good! I am always feel welcome there and fast served. All staffs always smile : )

Disgusting food, old and microwaved.

Complained to staff who were nonchalant and blamed the ovens, saying it squashed pastries.

Absolute nonsense. Don't take customers for fools.

Does local authority hygiene officers need to be contacted?

I emailed you already. Take accountability.
I'm going to contact the local authority, your food preparation and standards are not acceptable, neither was the excuse from you staff that the oven 'flattens' the croissant. Pathetic.

Ordering is always easy and quick delivery is great.
Love Black Sheep coffee and have got most of my family drinking the different brews.

Fantastic to have our very own Black Sheep Coffee shop in Ayr. Banana Matcha is to die for. Great vibes and loving the graffiti art which sums up Ayr. Staff were very friendly especially Megan and Tom. Definitely going to be my new regular coffee shop
