Kourtney at Benton, Newcastle Starbucks should not be in a customer service role. Appalling service. Challenging a 13 year old girl who mistaken a strawberry refresher for a pink drink. Rolling her eyes and completely rude and awkward when there was no need to be. My daughter felt like she was being interrogated and it ruined her whole experience of a mid week treat. The branch was untidy and I certainly won't be visiting that store again. You are a not a good representative to Starbucks and should be sent on a customer service skills course Kourtney. I certainly wouldn't hire you that's for sure!

Bad customer service- waited 5mins for 1 of 3x staff behind counter to even acknowledge me. They were all at the other end preparing drinks.
Tried to scan my Starbucks code and pay using a gift card - apparently not allowed. 1x gift card wasn't enough to pay for my coffee but luckily I have another gift card. Was then told I was only allowed to use 1x gift card against my coffee!!! What the heck!! I didn't have any issues last time I used it a couple of months' ago. I've also noticed the company doesn't reply to reviews! 😂. Once I use up my gift card, I won't be getting anymore for this company. Cafe Nero is more efficient and consumer friendly.

Disgusting experience. Whilst waiting for drink, Barista COUGHED on everything. Hacking cough, sounded really very ill. Coughed whilst opening the milk, coughed in the pouring milk, coughed on the cups, coughed putting the milk in the jugs, coughed pouring milk from the jug, coughed preparing food, shouting customers names and putting drinks on the counter. I got a refund and left, truly disgusted that someone had not sent the poor girl home, but had instead left her coughing over all food, drinks, cups, plates, machines, utensils.

Why anyone would go to a Starbucks in the UK to pay £7 for a cheap, flat tasteless coffee is anyone's guess! Go to Latvia/Riga and taste what a real premium coffee tastes like!
Extremely disappointing - A14 Southbound
We usually come to Starbucks on the A14. We decided to stop for a coffee at Starbucks on the A14 southbound on Easter Monday. We were very happy it was open. However, both my partner and I were extremely disappointed with our coffees. They were hot but both weak and not as nice as the one we had yesterday in Starbucks in Costessey in Norwich. That was reallly nice and had a lovely coffee aroma. This one today was a bad experience. Also… there wasn’t any chocolate sprinkles to put on my cappuccino. The lady behind the counter did try to find a replacement, but only had chocolate syrup. I appreciated her assistance but the chap that made the coffees needs more training. Very disappointed!

I told the lady I want a cookies and cream frappe-chino with chocolate sauce in the cup I get the drink and there is no chocolate sauce in it so I tell her and she say it says white chocolate sauce and she says ok and walks away then I get it back with white chocolate sauce in it so I said you didn’t put chocolate sauce in it so then I tell a different person and they take it and say I’ll make you a different one but they don’t they just keep it and then put loads of white chocolate sauce on it then I go up to them again and then I say I want chocolate sauce not white chocolate and then I hear them gossiping saying that I said I wanted white chocolate sauce on it I finally get and sit back down and they just put a mix of caramel and chocolate sauce on it with the white chocolate sauce still on it it was disgusting the Starbucks I went to was at Thorpe park Leeds

Poor coffee and poor customer service at Stafford services on the M6. No queue but they left me standing there and ignored me. Finally got to order my oat milk latte. It was made suspiciously quickly and when I checked under the lid I found an overly strong americano with a blob of frothed milk on the top. Definitely not a latte. I work as a barista so I know how to make them. I took it back. No apology but without saying a word they made a new much better one. I got my coffee but am unlikely to ever go back to Starbucks. No wonder there was no queue.

Order a Uber fraffe young boy don't know how make it put nearly a large cup of milk put 4 pumps of Uber syrup and loads of ice so when it's done the blender almost full so when it's pouring into the cup half of the frappe was emptied in the sink and the Uber frappe taste just blended crush ice complaint about it and did the same thing but put more milk instead of Uber again blender almost full so rest just emptied in the sink and the frappe taste like a ice milk. For the price I have to pay for Uber frappe it's daylight robbery. Get your staff trained and get manager pay more attention to the customers rather than busy talking to each other.

I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent visit to your store in Northampton on Kettering Road.
I attended the store with an elderly resident who has learning needs, intending to purchase food and drinks. However, we were informed that the store does not accept cash payments. This caused significant inconvenience, as not everyone carries a card particularly individuals who rely on cash for accessibility or personal reasons.
Cash has long been a fundamental and widely accepted form of payment in this country, and policies that exclude it can unintentionally disadvantage vulnerable customers. In this instance, it resulted in us being unable to complete our purchase, meaning your store also lost business as a result.
I would appreciate it if you could review this policy or consider more inclusive payment options to ensure all customers can access your services. I did also fill out a complaints email and had no response
I have tried to sign into the Starbucks…
I have tried to sign into the Starbucks app numerous times but it won’t accept my password even though I know it is correct. I have asked for a password reset and they, supposedly, send an email which never arrives. I have tried contacting them via their query page to which they respond and give me a case number but then never hear anything more. Why are they so incompetent ?

Fed up with the service at J29 drive through Starbucks. In the last few visits I've consistently had mixed up order or they made the drink wrong. I have a coffee intolerance and 3 time in a row have ordered match latte only to find it was coffee on drinking, and being as swallowing one mouthful can give me upset stomach this is totally unacceptable. On top of that we've received cold drinks instead of hot and drinks (even though I always order online so no mistaken order can be made) made totally wrong to the recipe like Frappes with no cream in them. Every other branch I use gets it right but this one is consistently bad, very poor overall.

Why can’t they just use plenish coconut milk?! Its clean ingredients but I guess they just don’t care.
