This company are just tricking people with lies, online quote says one number and then they call you with a much much lower quote. Shouldn't be aloud to happen.

I got a quote online for a really good price there is nothing wrong with my car really it’s in really good condition only has 59000 miles on the clock and runs with no problems, I just need it gone and do not have the time to put it up for sale so thought I would scrap it was quoted £2730 they called the next morning to arrange collection and was given another price for £260 not even a couple of hundred lower but a couple of grand I have used them before and never had this problem they said it must be the computer that made an error a little confusing

Tried twice to get them to collect my car. 2nd attempt someone phoned to say 3rd on his list at 11am man was very polite. It's now 5.05pm and still waiting I'm not sure which part of the country he is going to but communication is appalling can't be glued to a phone or wait in again. Two days lost wages .. NOT HAPPY

I'd rate it minus 20 stars if I could. Arranged a collection for the Monday which they missed. I even phoned to check they were still coming and they said they were. Phoned back the next day to rebook, for the Thursday. Sent me a text on Thursday to say would be picking up on Friday. Had to rebook on the Monday - checked with their team and they passed it on to another company/department and the staff member became aggressive when I questioned her on the price being dropped from £1430 to £600 with no one telling me. She then called me a liar, even though they confirmed the price beforehand. Absolute disgusting company and affiliates - would advise anyone to stay away.

Recently given a quote from Redcorn to scrap our car, I was happy with the price and they called within the hour to arrange collection at a convenient time and day. The collection team phoned about 45 mins before arrival and were very professional loading the vehicle and dealing with the paperwork. Payment quoted was in my account within 36 hours. All in all a very professional service from start to finish. would certainly use them again.

Awful inconsistent company! I booked in for my car to be collected and they didn’t show up and didn’t contact me to let me know. I called the next day and they said they will book me in for the following Tuesday. Then the Monday morning before that they called to apologise and that they would (in their words) “110% pick it up today” I rearranged my whole working day to make sure I could be there for when they turn up. and yet again they never showed up with no txt, email or phone call to say they couldn’t make it. I completely understand that things can go wrong and time can be against you in work. But to not let your customer know you can’t turn up and just leave them in the lurch not once but twice is just bad business. I called again the following day and they said they would call me back shortly to arrange another date and they never called back. I called another firm and they picked it up the same day with a courtesy call to let me know they are on their way and arrived on the time they said.

Redcorn are always fantastic when I have to scrap a car and I always go to them.
Their staff are super polite, really friendly and always turn up when they are meant to without any issues.
Highly recommend Redcorn.

This company collected a car on behalf of my husband earlier today and the driver that they sent was outstanding very polite and well mannered, respectful of the property and surroundings, very cautious about his surroundings and I can't compliment him enough he is a very good representative of redcorn and I can not sing his praises enough. Thank you redcorn and the driver that came to get the car.

Turned up on time, managed to jump-start my car before getting it moved onto the tow truck. Best of all, the money arrived (they gave by far the best quote) the following day, as they promised. Very rare these days for any business to stick by their promises, so worth a shout out on this alone!

They were extremely helpful on the telephone and gave the best price for scrapping.
They arrived the next day, as promised, and the money was in my account the next day.

I must say I was dubious as it all sounded so easy. But Redcorn turned up when they said they would, they managed to start the car and put it all on the trailer without a problem. Money was in my bank account when they said it would be. Well done Redcorn

If I could rate Redcorn Ltd based on their organisation, professionalism and communication, they’d barely scrape one star. The only reason I’m giving two is because of the driver, Attila, who was the one saving grace in this entire mess.

First attempt at collection – I was told collection could be any time up to 5pm, then got a call at 4:30pm saying the driver would be there in half an hour. He arrived at 5:15 PM, took one look at the car, and decided he "couldn’t take it today" because of the electric handbrake not releasing (which he barely even attempted to deal with). Clearly the last job of the day and he just wanted to go home. This was despite me having already informed Redcorn of the car's condition.

Second attempt – no one even bothered to turn up. I wasted an entire day waiting and didn’t even receive a phone call to explain. In fact, I called Redcorn at 4:50pm before their office closed who confirmed I was still on the driver's list for the day and he would be with me soon.

When I tried to rebook for the following Thursday, I sent multiple emails but got no response until late Wednesday – an automated text, asking me to confirm my booking. I did, only to then receive a rude email essentially telling me off for not answering their calls during the week. But why did you even need to call me to rearrange when I had clearly communicated and asked via email if it was possible to collect on Thursday? (Sorry, I work during your office hours – not exactly an option to sit around waiting for Redcorn’s convenience!)

Finally, on the third attempt, the only saving grace – Attila. Unlike the previous driver, he actually knew what he was doing, kept me updated in the morning, called to confirm his arrival time, and when he got here, he found a way to take the car instead of making excuses (he released the handbrake within a minute so it clearly wasn't that much of a problem!) If the rest of Redcorn operated like him, they might have a half-decent service.

Avoid this company if you value your time and don’t want to deal with stress, disorganisation and outright rudeness. Attila deserves a raise – the rest of the team, not so much.

Seriously disappointed reason being is that a bid which suppose to end in 5 mins every 5 min the time increases and it a never ending process and whenever they want they just end the process and I believe that most of their on own people are bidding from insight and doing bogus bidding such a worst experience and will never bid on here again and I think I have wasted my subscription payment I will be looking for a refund for that as well and it’s not only with one or two bids every single bid has the same issue every single bid I don’t know what to do

Helpful and straight forward. Sadly I've had to scrap two vehicles in the last 7 months (terrible luck with cars!) But Redcorn have been super helpful and payment was prompt on both occasions. Staff are nice to deal with and the whole interaction was very pleasant.

TIME WASTERS i got a quote for £3190 for my mokka and after call they sluch the price to just £607 for car from 2016 Ulez compilant what a scamers !!!! they are AVOID !!!!! them like plague
