A young gentleman from the tottenham branch at redcorn Came to me and my husband today after 3 failed attempts with unprofessional drivers that did not seem bothered to even try and jumpstart my car or even know what they was doing looked at my car got on the phone and cancelled . A young man bye the name of Collin did not get on the phone he was joyfull and got the car on the tow truck in less then 10 minutes. Me and my husband have no clue about the papers work involved this young man today went and took his time to go through the online process with us as we have not scraped a car before and we was very nervous. This young man usred me and my husband made us fill confident about letting our car go that has been in our family for 21 years i was hartbroken. He talked us through the whole process with the logbook to sign over my car very professionally considerate and well presented young man even though I was a little bit emotional for us he did his best to load it very careful even tho it was sitting on my drive for the last 12 months with flat wheels and he even pumped them up the cars was in a unloved state . what a lovely young man you have working for you Colin from tottenham would definitely recommend this company and the young man who came today so thank you REDCORN

Great service from Redcorn! Both drivers were super helpful, on time and professional. I got a good quote to scrap my non-working E90 BMW and the whole process was smooth and easy. Highly recommend! All the best :)

When you put your car details to they system generate very good price for your car
But when they call you back they offer you loots more less than any we buy any car company out there
So dont trust this company offers definitely search for other company

I have had the most pleasant and easiest experience with them. Dean the driver is very experienced, polite and efficient. I got the money in my account the same day. I read the other reviews but I know there are bound to be some bad experiences as they dealt with so many people.

A few problems getting the collection made but If you get the Driver Jeff you are in luck! Top man! From the time he arrived to pick up the vehicle to when he left with my vehicle he was totally on it!

Within 2 days of contacting Redcorn they had collected my car very efficiently. My driver Rob and his trainee Ali were very professional and their customer service skills were excellent! My whole experience of the service was great and I would recommend to anyone wanting to remove a car.

From enquiring about scrapping the car and then collecting it was 4 days
Amit collected and had some problem with getting the car started but he persevered and got it going to be able to get onto the lorry

Jeff kept me informed eta. Nice bloke, cple minutes paperwork and money in bank same day. Second time ive used this lot and haven't had the same problems as others. 5 stars from me.

Just don’t go there, appalling service.
After booking collection, had a text from collection driver to say we were on the day’s list. Waited in all day for a phone call which never came….after several attempts to call the driver, at 5.30pm he said it was his last day, he didn’t get to us on his list and was no longer working for Redcorn as he is expected to work 16 hour days….
Emailed and called the main office, and the woman who answered just laughed when I told her what driver had said. I said cancel the request I will find another reputable company.
3 days later I get a call from Redcorn to say collection availability today!
Absolute jokers.

It was easy to scrap my vehicle with Redcorn Ltd. They were quick and efficient dealing with the paperwork. Amit who collected the car was very helpful and friendly, overall it took 2 days from when we first contacted Runcorn to when the car was collected. My husband and I are both disabled and we could not fault Runcorn and especially Amit with their help. Highly recommended.

If you get the Driver Jeff, you are in luck! A truly good egg. From the time he arrived to pick up the vehicle to when he left with my vehicle he was so on par

Unfortunately I ignored the bad reviews, hoping that I would be more lucky. They simply never turned up! I received a call that they're on their way. 1.5 hours later I called and was reassured that they may be running late but will definitely be coming today. The same message another hour later. I took a day off work, waited all day at my mechanic's. No message, no apology, nobody answering the phone later in the afternoon. Awful experience.

Redcorn Limited should be ashamed of their appalling and dishonest practices. They deliberately targeted my elderly father, promising to pay him for scrapping his car. He handed over the vehicle in good faith, expecting payment shortly after. Weeks have passed, and despite multiple follow-ups, they have not paid a single penny.

Their customer service is non-existent – evasive at best, downright rude at worst. Every time we call, we’re given a new excuse or simply ignored. It's clear they prey on vulnerable individuals, taking advantage of those who may not know how to chase things up.

If this is how they run their business – by deceiving senior citizens and stealing vehicles without compensation – they deserve to be called out. Absolutely disgraceful behavior. Do not trust them with your car, your money, or your time.

Great customer service. From completing enquiry form had a prompt phonecall to arrange everything to collect car the next day. Collection date was changed on the day but that was ok. On the day had great communication of when driver would be there. Driver/collection man was so helpful. He explained everything clearly. Whilst I hope I don't need to scrap a car anytime soon, if I do I would definitely use Redcorn Ltd again. Thank you.

Good Customer Service called to enquire about having my car scrapped and collected on Thursday 25 March 2025, everything was explained and my questions answered.
After having been let down by another company, I was pleased with the service from Redcorn. The driver was helpful and courteous. When they said they would collect, they collected, they explained regarding when the money would go to my bank account and it went through, no problems at all.
Thanks again for your good customer service, the smooth running of the collection, it really put my mind at ease because everything went smoothly and I was happy.
I would definitely recommend to family and friends and I would use your company again should I need to. Thanks again.

The whole process was very quick and efficient. The quote was way better than others. Jeff the driver was great and arrived 30mins after he contacted me as promised. He was very approachable and friendly and even encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions in relation to telling DVLA I scrapped my car with them. Great service, I would highly recommend Redcorn.

The whole process was quick and easy. I had an instant online quote when I entered my car details. Car was picked up promptly at agreed date and time. Rob (the guy who collected my vehicle) was friendly, engaging, helpful, and very professional. The money for my car was in my account the next day. Highly impressed.
