VALIDITY OF SURVEYS DONE BY REGD. PUREPROFILE PANELISTS ONLY ..

Whereas all else being good - i would like to point out to Pureprofile that it should please treat panelists kindly and offer them their rewards without cutting corners ( paying poorer incentives ) for surveys done asap - there is one survey portal
( the lady in a winter sweater watching her mobile phone ) which states that 'someone else' has already done the survey from my computer !!! !!! !!! who is this someone who seems to be a smart intruder to come across and do these surveys so unabashedly !!! Pureprofile ought to know that surveys on its portals are meant to be done by its regd. panelists & nobody else !!! Pureprofile ought to know all malpractices that go on on its portals - thanks ...

Problem Solved, with Great Assistance

I asked for help straightening out my accounts with Pureprofile. I had mistakenly made another account using a different email address. The representative helped me greatly with this and I am now ready to move forward thanks to great service.I appreciate the assistance very much in this matter. Nicht zu empfehlen! Belohnungen werden nicht gutgeschrieben.

Leider funktioniert es bei mir überhaupt nicht gut.
Bei den aller meisten Umfragen werde ich nach 1-2 Minuten und ein paar Fragen rausgeschmissen, obwohl ich diese wirklich sorgfältig und wahrheitsgemäß beantworte! Ich kriege auch überhaupt nichts dafür.
Es heißt nur immer „Hoppla! Irgendetwas stimmt nicht. Aus diesem Grund sind Sie nicht berechtigt, diese Aktivität abzuschließen. “
Und bei den wenigen Umfragen, die ich dann zuende machen darf, ist es schon häufiger passiert, dass ich nach 20-30 Minuten anstrengendem Beantworten doch keine Belohnung bekommen habe.
Bei einer Halbstündigen Umfrage für 1,75€ habe ich mich dann an den Kunden-Support gewandt und lächerliche 0,30€ erhalten.
Und wie gesagt, ich strenge mich an, alles gut zu beantworten.
Nach vielen, vielen mühsamen Stunden habe ich mittlerweile 3€ zusammengekratzt.
Eigentlich wollte ich die 10€ schaffen, damit sich die Arbeit gelohnt hat. Aber ich fürchte, das wird wirklich schwierig bis unmöglich.
Sehr enttäuschend...

Good experience

I enjoy doing Pureprofile surveys, a great way to earn a little extra to help with cost of living.
There are usually a good variety of surveys, although sometimes the partner surveys do not load or will be frozen, and these surveys often take many minutes and do not pay well.
Quite often surveys have reached quota but are still in your feed. That’s frustrating.
On the whole I am happy with customer service and the support received when reporting an issue.

We sincerely apologise for the frustration caused when partner surveys freeze, fail to load, or remain in your feed after reaching quota. We understand how disappointing it can be to spend time attempting a survey only to encounter technical issues or find that it is no longer available.

We want to clarify that it is in our best interest for members to complete surveys, as we are only paid for fully completed responses. Therefore, we have no intention of preventing you from earning rewards; doing so would provide no benefit to us and would harm the experience for our members.

We do have a strict policy to ensure surveys are tested and incentivised correctly; however, technology is not always foolproof, particularly with external partner surveys. If you ever encounter any issues, please continue to report them so we can investigate and assist further.

Disqualfied often

I get disqualified from 90% of your surveys. It takes me over a year to earn enough money to bother taking the rewards.

Good

I like the surveys when I actually get them. As soon as I put in 65 as my age, I’m kicked out. So it’s a bit biased that way . It says I’m a better fit elsewhere! I’m not sure if there is old body surveys. FYI my brain is still 25. It is what it is .

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how disappointing it can be to get screened out of surveys, especially when it feels age-related.

Surveys are created with specific demographic quotas set by the research client. Once a particular age group has reached its required number of responses, the survey will automatically close for that group, even though it may still be open to others.

This doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with your profile, just that the quota for that survey was already filled. New surveys are added regularly, and eligibility can change from day to day.
