Mediocre survey platform with multiple long-term issues

Mediocre survey platform with multiple long-term issues. reCAPTCHA challenges in surveys hosted by pureprofile.com don't work 9 times out of 10 with error "invalid argument" (this issue doesn't exist on other survey platforms). Reports of these broken surveys generate email tickets that are never responded to. Most survey invitations link to already expired or unavailable surveys. Partner surveys impose ridiculous amounts of screening questions. Many surveys end with error messages like purported "violations of terms and conditions" or "oops, something doesn't look quite right". Redeemed rewards take weeks to pay out (other survey providers like OpinionWorld pay out within minutes).

Regarding the reCAPTCHA errors, our team has tested the reported surveys but hasn’t been able to replicate the “invalid argument” issue on our end. In many cases, this type of error can be linked to browser or device compatibility. A quick restart of your device and browser, clearing cache and cookies, ensuring your browser is updated, disabling extensions, and checking your internet connection may help resolve it. That said, we’ll continue monitoring this closely.

We’re also concerned to hear that you didn’t receive responses to some of your reports. That’s not the experience we aim to provide. If any ticket goes unanswered, we encourage you to reach out again so we can follow up and ensure it’s properly addressed.

For partner surveys, while we carefully review and test opportunities before they’re released, some elements, such as screening length and survey scripting, are managed by our partners. We understand how frustrating lengthy screening or unexpected terminations can be, and we regularly share this feedback with our partners to improve the overall experience.

In terms of reward processing times, payments are handled in batches and go through verification and security checks before being released. While our advised timeframe is up to 30 business days, we always aim to process rewards as quickly as possible.

Just on 16 yrs with them, Wouldn't do that if they weren't great.

Qualify for most surveys and there's just the right amount each time I log in. Redemptions are super fast and on the same day which is great if you need extra cash on the spot for something essential.

Surveys help me eat well.

I enjoy doing the surveys on Pureprofile and earning points that I can use on my Coles shop. It is another way of dealing with current high prices and putting quality food on my plate.

I’m not offering congratulations really. Too often I get offered a survey and never get to complete it because you have enough contributors but you offer it again the next day!! Still I get chucked off!

Sometimes surveys reach their participant limit quickly, which can result in members being screened out even after receiving an invitation. Occasionally, the same survey may appear again due to system delays, even though quotas have already been filled.

Please be assured we want you to complete surveys, as we are only paid for fully completed responses. We have no reason to prevent members from earning rewards.

If you can share the survey details, we’d be happy to look into it further.
