Regarding the disqualifications you mentioned, our system identified that a response for a similar survey was already received from your device or network connection. These security settings are set by the client to maintain data quality, so unfortunately, we’re unable to override them.

Took too long to resolve

I report several survey issues but most get no response back at all. I finally got my points from one of them but it took months to get. That is not satisfactory & your customer service needs better training.

Wasting my time

What I dislike most is spending time completing surveys sometimes as much as 15/20minutes and been told I did not qualify for that particular survey and get no compensation for my time
This happens quite frequently to me and is very off putting

When a member is screened out, it means they didn’t meet the specific criteria required for that study, and any information provided up to that point is not used for research purposes. While we aim to identify eligibility and quota limits as early as possible, some studies are more complex and may require additional screening questions, which can occasionally result in a later screen-out.

We’re committed to treating our members fairly. If you’re ever screened out after spending a significant amount of time on a survey you initially qualified for, please contact our support team with the survey details so we can review it and ensure appropriate compensation where applicable.

Your feedback is important to us, and we’ve shared it with our survey team as we continue working to improve the experience for our members.

used them for years

used them for years, not a big one for making money , but now, for 2 weeks i get zero surveys listed,, i have messaged them 5 times,, they make it very difficult to contact them,, have to find the email hidden in terms and conditions,, but despite this, they still do not reply . i have tracked down their office address, which is quite near me, so will need now to go and pay these people a visit. they have clearly blocked me from getting surveys, they withdrawal has also changed now its direct to your bank, so instead of 5 mins into paypal, it now takes one month .. how ridiculous can you get so another survey company changing for the worse, but of course we are nothing to them, its all about them . so would not waste my time with this one now . lets see if i do get my money . or if that is something else i need to take action with when i visit them

now read their reply ,, these people either live on another planet or are clearly lying, because even someone with half a brain cell would thing,,, this guy has been doing our surveys for years,, he gets at least 20 a day listed,, no matter if he qualifies or not,, they are listed, and yet suddenly , now start the third week, he is getting nothing,, nada,, zero ... some thing must be wrong,, but not these,, they have no concept of something might be wrong ,, no bit of common sense , oh , from 20 a day for years,, to ZERO in now 3 weeks,,,, nothing can be wrong,,,
so i will now message them , EVERY DAY , LETS SEE HOW MANY MONTHS IT GOES, BEFORE ONE OF THEM DECIDES TO USE A BRAIN CELL AND INVESTIGATE
