Proximo is a great service
Proximo is a great service, from day one of requiring the services. Very helpful staff from the start, changed vechile before delivery as found some mechanical problems with the 1st vechile and then had a replacement vechile delivered today by Colin again - 2nd time we've required Proximo's services. Great service and professional. Would recommend.

Excellent service
Desmond arrived on time and took great care to demonstrate all the WAV adaptions so I was left feeling confident to be able to safely transport my recently wheelchair bound wife to places which, until very recently, she was able to do in a car. Thanks Des, an excellent service.

Wonderful service
The day after my car was hit, Proximo contact me to discuss my needs and reassure me that they could help find me a suitable adapted vehicle. Martin kept me updated at all times, despite a hiccup with the original vehicle he still managed to get a suitable vehicle delivered for me in just one week. On the day of delivery they kept me updated, the driver Stuart took his time to handover the car to me, he was extremely helpful.
Proximo are a wonderful company who ensure Motability customers are able to keep their independence when their vehicles are off the road.

Very Responsive and resolved issues
Dawn came today to resolve an issue we had with fitting a wheelchair in a vehicle. She had great knowledge of the set up, seatbelts and tiedowns required and was able to resolve all the issues we had encountered and queries we had. She was very responsive to our concerns and made sure I was confident with it all before leaving.

Great service, communication and very well priced. The drivers were friendly and explained everything we needed to know. The vehicle was presented immaculately and was everything we needed for our weekend away. All telephone staff were exceptional too. Would recommend 100%

Masoud was very helpful and friendly, demonstrating how to put the wheelchair in the car. Also explained how to request a car more suitable for my chair as an independent wheelchair user, the Caddy is rather challenging.
