Private Upgrade are the best , great service

Room was nice and large. Hotel is very clean and the staff friendly. Although being upgraded as a Titanum member we had to pay extra for the Lounge access which felt strange. Breakfast was only available at the restaurant where the service has room for improvment due to lack of adequate managment.

As a PrivateUpgrades customer I would usually get an upgrade (which is subject to availability which is made clear during the booking process) but have gotten fantastic rooms, lastly at the Fullerton Bay Hotel in Singapore. We have recently returned from an excellent week at the Ritz Carlton,Toronto,Canada. All arrangements were ably managed by Private Upgrades and the Ritz Carlton honoured all the upgrades and other arrangements which they had made in advance. Private Upgrades are a great company and get the best deals at the best hotels. I booked the Wedgewood Hotel in Vancouver for 2 nights, no other hotel booking site could offer the great inclusions that Private Upgrades gave, this included $100 room credit, full American breakfast each day and, subject to availability, a complimentary room upgrade and early checkin and late checkout, we got an early check in at 11am (standard 3pm) and a late check out at 1pm (standard 11am). We highly recommend Private Upgrades, on our recommendation our friends have just booked The Savoy in London for 2 nights next year and got great inclusions .

The whole experience of booking through Privateupgrades was smooth and efficient.
The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming with a bowl of fruit, desserts and champagne in the room when we arrived.
The location was perfect with lovely views of Mont Blanc.

We recently stayed at the stunning J Hotel in Shanghai for 3 nights, booking through Private Upgrades, and it was truly the best hotel experience we’ve ever had.

This was my first time booking through Private Upgrades and I have to say the whole process (online) was very easy. Great customer contact & care from booking to break completion. Would highly recommend Private Upgrades & have already made another reservation through them.

We used Privateupgrades.com for the first time, they were excellent to deal with. Their website is easy to navigate and it was very easy to book our hotel stays. We even had little extras added to the hotels we booked which made it even more appealing to use this company. We had to contact them to make an alteration and nothing was a problem. Everything was seamless when we got to our hotels. Fantastic service and I’ll use Privateupgrades.com again.

Unfortunately we had to wait till 4pm for our room, after a guarantee of 3pm, probably earlier. We arrived at 2pm had some lunch in the hotel bar. The food was lovely.
The room, a suite in a 5* hotel, was clearly booked for 3 adults for our grandson’s 18th birthday. When we were finally shown to our room, we
had to call down and ask where our grandson’s bed was. They brought it up while we were at the theatre. It was a very narrow and not very long child-sized bed for a 6ft 1”, 18year old which they did know about as they did provide a chocolate brownie in the room announcing his birthday ( which was a nice touch) At lunch that day and breakfast the 2 following days they had our room down as 2 guests, asking us to wait while they rearranged the table, which felt embarrassing and awkward in front of our grandson. There was only 2 of everything in the room ( cups, glasses etc) instead of 3. They also charged us more than the original private upgrades quote. I did not want to make a fuss in front of our grandson as he already felt awkward. I can only think there has been some miscommunication along the way somewhere. We’ve stayed here before as a couple and never had a problem.

All the advertised upgrades and extras came true. What great value. The early checkin was especially welcome, as was the 150 Aus dollars to spend at the bar!
