I recently booked my stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Helsinki, Finland, and I truly cannot say enough positive things about the experience. From the moment I stepped into this exceptional property until the day I departed, I felt genuinely pampered and impeccably cared for. The hotel itself was stunning, my room was extraordinary, and the spa facilities were nothing short of world-class.

Booking through Private Upgrades was seamless, efficient, and exceptionally cost-effective. Thank you for consistently providing such outstanding service. The location, facilities, kindness and meticulous consideration were all perfect. I was moved by the way he tried his best to meet the customer's needs. It was a trip for healing and it was an excellent choice. I visited again after 6 months for the second time, and Sandy, an employee at the restaurant for breakfast, found out and was really touched. That's why I thought that the reputation of the Ritz-Carlton is maintained. It's really the best hotel. The female concierge staff is also very kind and memorable. If I go to Bangkok, I will definitely stay again.

We knew the specific hotel Schloss Roxburgh we wanted and thought it was worth a try booking through Private Upgrades. Wanted two rooms so first negative had to book both individually. We only received one room upgraded we did get a 12pm checkout and the credit on the room. Confusion on massage treatment times. But restaurant booking was fine. Hotel unfortunately did not live up to my expected expectations having stayed 6 months before.

It was my first experience with the company, so I really liked that all offered services were provided as promised. I was looking for a specific hotel and was glad that it was present on the privateupgrades.

The Carlton Cannes is an ICON along the French Rivera and they super exceeded our expectations. The General Manager, Pierre Louis Renounce, a veteran hotelier and his dream team personally met with us and made us felt like home.
Their sumptuous buffet breakfast is amazing with no extra charges for eggs and other ala carte items. The staff are highly trained and motivated. Most of all it is the inclusiveness and everyone whether you are an A Lister, Celebrity, Royalty are given the same professional hospitality which is difficult to find after Covid 19.

All staff were highly professional and helpful. Rooms are to a high standard and the hotel is located close to the waterfront and tourist attractions.
The restaurant service is impeccable, the food well worthwhile. Reservations are recommended.
Breakfast was of the standard expected in PrivateUpgrades hotels.

I first used this service last year for a stay in Turkey. Since it was my first time booking with them, I was a little nervous, but they sent me several follow-up emails before my trip, which made me feel very reassured.

During my stay at The Peninsula, my room was upgraded to a suite, and they also arranged transportation to the cruise port after check-out. It turned out to be a truly wonderful stay.

Because of that positive experience, I have also started using them for my domestic trips this year. In the past, I would usually have booked through other hotel booking websites, but now I choose to book through them instead.

What I really appreciate is that the booking process is as easy and convenient as booking online, while still offering personal support. A dedicated travel advisor always contacts me after each booking, which makes it very easy to communicate any requests.

I will definitely continue using their service in the future.

Private Upgrades (PU) are a great, new discovery for me. Their prices are always competitive and generally include a 50 or 100US$ credit to the room, meaning the beat even the hotel prices when booking directly with the chosen establishment. Most importantly though there are real people behind PU, and this makes a real difference as they are helpful, polite and always quick at responding, getting in touch with the hotels booked on your behalf to obtain information and often and other perks like early check in or late check out. They also went over and above for me to avoid a charge I would have paid due to a late cancellation resulting from the impact of the conflict in the ME. I have no reservation in recommending Private Upgrades.

Fantastic experience with Private Upgrades for the second time! They handled our booking seamlessly, communicated excellently, and secured a great upgrade for us, including hotel credit and a room upgrade. Their membership is free, making it an absolute no-brainer. Highly recommend!

The deal was much better than I could find anywhere else and that ignores the couple of free massages that were thrown in. The only issue was that we were told in the information that there were round trip transfers included but the hotel told us this was a mistake by Private Upgrades (and they had emailed them). Anyway, the hotel gave us the free homeward transfer in the end so it worked out well.

My stay at the InterContinental Sukhumvit in Bangkok was truly outstanding. From arrival to departure the experience reflected the high standards one expects from the InterContinental brand.

I would especially like to recognize PrivateUpgrades Luxury Travel Agency who arranged my reservation and took care of everything before my arrival. Their professionalism and attention to detail ensured that the entire stay was perfectly organized and completely seamless.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, modern and very elegant. My room was spacious, extremely comfortable and thoughtfully appointed offering a relaxing retreat after a day exploring Bangkok. The quality of the bedding, amenities and overall attention to detail was excellent.

What truly stood out was the level of service. The staff were consistently warm, professional and attentive at all times making the stay feel both welcoming and personalized.

The location in the Thonglor area is also ideal, with convenient access to the BTS Skytrain and many excellent restaurants and cafés nearby.

Overall, a superb luxury experience. I look forward to returning in the future and would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting Bangkok.
