The Paris apartment....wow. I cannot tell you how wonderful that was. The location was absolutely incredible, and getting in to the building and apartment was very well documented and easy. The concierge was extremely responsive and we had everything we would need - which isn't always a given with an apartment versus a hotel. Drinks were stocked in the refrigerator, along with tons of coffee pods and plenty of towels/soap/etc. Having an en suite in every bedroom PLUS laundry was absolutely amazing. We literally were trying to figure out if we could extend our stay; it was that hard to leave. Paris was buzzing, and we honestly canceled most of the "touristy" plans we had and just explored, enjoying the cafe culture and the ability to walk to so many different neighborhoods. It was OUTSTANDING.

The apartment photos were exactly what we found. So many times the photos are very misleading. Company kept in touch and were very helpful. Would definitely use them again. Beautiful apartment so clean great facilities.

Our apartment was on Rue Victor Hugo in the 16th Arrondissement. It is a wonderful location with a 10 minute stroll and the Tour Eiffel Tower presented itself with its glory. A 20 minute stroll up Victor Hugo and Arc de Triomphe was there! The Metro was a 6 minute walk. Also, Plum Guide was very responsive with any questions we had about our apartment. Will use them again for our travels.

We stayed for seven days in the fifth with our son at The Pomegranate & Lemon, a three room place off a courtyard in a very quiet building. It's a fortress of solitude and then like magic you walk across the courtyard and out the door and you are dropped into Paris. Cobblestone street. Butcher in sight. Around the corner to a square, actually a rotunda cornered in by cafe with rows of wicker chair seating. Metro stop two heart beats away. Stunning parks. Place Monge market place. it's really fabulous. The place is well equiped. Very comfortable. Was perfect for us. For just a couple plush. Ran into know issues and the host was easily accessible, responsive and helpful. We're hoping to stay again.

I have not been disappointed ever since I discovered Plum Guide. The rentals we have been booked have been top notch.

Incredible location, well-appointed apartment, comfy beds, pretty views! The bathroom is a little musty but not a big deal for us. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in the Paris apartment over our spring break. The apartment was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the hot water never ran out. The views from this apartment were amazing. Depending on your window you were looking out of different parts of the city are visible. We were extremely pleased with the location to all the attractions, restaurants, and the public transportation. The Wi-Fi was also a very nice extra. We would gladly recommend this property to other travelers going to Paris to enjoy the city!

We recently stayed in this apartment in the Châtelet area of Paris and had a fantastic experience.

The location couldn’t have been better - right in the heart of everything, making it so easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous modern décor and a really spacious layout.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire place had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bathrooms were pristine, with both showers and a bath, all finished to a really high standard.

We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like a few essentials in the fridge on arrival and the daily cleaning service, which made the stay feel even more comfortable and hassle-free. Despite being in such a central area, it was impressively quiet at night.

The apartment is on the fourth floor and requires using the stairs, but that wasn’t an issue for us.

Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d happily book again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The Palazzo is very large and very beautiful and in perfect condition with huge Murano glass chandeliers, amazing ceilings and floors, lovely bedrooms and baths, and an excellent kitchen.

The apartment was in an exquisite location with amazing views. It was well appointed and very clean. When I had questions or needed help with anything, the property managers were very responsive and helpful.

So comfortable, felt like it was our own home, a lovely area, walkable to shops, restaurants, neighboring areas and tube stops. Comfortable beds and accommodations. Loved the decor, very much like our own home. Would stay here again, no question.

I want to give 5 stars but unfortunately our experts not perfect as the accommodation we had picked and paid for somehow became double booked and we lost our apartment with less than a week’s notice before our arrival.
I do give 5 stars for the way the issue was handled with great professionalism and sympathy.
