Sally is a superstar, I couldn’t log in and got frustrated, I got a very quick email back from Sally and issues resolved before I could try to log in again.

I had a small problem adding photos to my advert
I had a small problem adding photos to my ad. I contacted Katie from the support department and thanks to her help everything became very easy. Katie advised me very politely what I could check and how to improve so that my ad would work fully. Everything else was very easy. Thank you for your help Katie. I recommend the service to all those who want to post an ad.

Awful, awful website
Awful, awful website. Search results interspersed with holiday homes for sale, bombarded with adverts and hardly able to see listings due to constant pop up ads. Will stick to ebay or gumtree in future. Dreadful.

Regularly unable to access secure page…
Regularly unable to access secure page to log in to my account. Last week Preloved advised on problem and has been ok until this morning! This problem is reoccurring to often..!
After having my account temporarily upgraded the problem has disappeared. I will report back when the upgrade ends .
