Problems listing and messages ignored
I tried Preloved some years ago and didn't have much success, but as my account is still active, I thought I'd give it another try with a view to membership if it works well.
I submitted 7 ads on 16/12/25. However, only 3 got listed quickly; the remainder showed as 'Awaiting Review' and remained like this for more than three weeks.
I submitted a query via their 'Contact Preloved' webform, but didn't get a response or even an automated acknowledgement.
I tried again the first week of January '26, but the same thing happened. …and again, I got no response when reaching out for help.
What's the point of having a 'Contact Preloved' page and inviting users to "...please contact us" if you're just going to ignore messages?
...and, before you post a template response saying you don't know who I am and can't find any messages, my account name is Vangleton, so take a look and contact me directly first.

**UPDATE 18/01/26**
As you can see, despite the note in my review quoting my account name, 'Natalia' has posted the expected canned response claiming "...we can't find your account".
Worse than that, she's asking for an 'order number'! What is she talking about? No such parameter exists in the Preloved ad listing procedure or is mentioned anywhere on the site.
...and my ads are still stuck in 'Awaiting Review' a week later!
Accordingly, I've dropped my rating down to 1 star.

I have full membership and have submitted 2 adverts during the last month. They are STILL subject to editorial review, so repeatedly I have asked Preloved via their complaints "system" why the delay. I have no yet received an answer or even an acknowledgement.
Preloved sent me confirmation of full membership on Dec 17th., so why is it they say they are unable to locate my account?

Massive frustration and Dangerous
I created an account on Preloved UK. Apparently my identity needs to be verified by Yoti. I had to submit my passport scan but that was not enough, I had to scan my face, only to be notified that my verification has failed. I am extremely upset that this system has collected so much personal data only to tell me they have failed the identity verification. And guess what, there is no contact point - their help page takes you round and round to nowhere. Avoid if you can.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Almost 2 weeks and my ads are still showing as "pending" in spite of emails to the company. A bad review on here 4 days ago resulted in a request for more information which I have given, adverts still not placed. Appalling customer service.

Cannot be legitimate…
I cannot see how this is a legitimate company. I have submitted 3 adverts, and have now stopped adding my items due to the pointlessness of this website and how they operate. 31 hours later and no response to messages, no adverts have been added to the website, they just take your money and dont allow you to list anything. I dont believe for one second there are any genuine sellers on this site that would put up with such things if they were serious about their business. I am dumbfounded that anyone uses this site. Absolutely bizarre.

Preloved has become almost unusable.
I used to love Preloved but it has deteriorated to the extent that it is pretty much unusable now. My ad not uploaded, contact us done 3 times - still no reply. When searching it won't update the list when you put in, say, mileage from your address. Unless things improve soon I will be leaving and I suspect many others will too.

Signed up and paid £15 for a membership, filled all my details in and started to place my items for sale, the next day cannot log in until i get a code sent to my address, this was over a week ago. Great site
I didn’t find what I wanted but the site was easy to understand and navigate. Holly was really good at sorting out my problem when I wanted to cancel my membership due to financial reasons. I would join again in the future.

Power crazy vindictive policing by admin
Suddenly being blocked from replying to sellers by power crazy admin who keep sending my messages to the 'messages not sent' folder when I haven't breached any of the terms of use, the acceptable use policy, or the listing guidelines.
Tried to sort it out by email but now the admin refuse to reply to me and they just keep blocking my messages.
I had been a paying member for 19 years and this vindictive behaviour has only just started.
Absolutely disgusted with this behaviour.
Have asked to make a formal complaint about it but they have refused to reply.
Would advise everyone not to use preloved because the admin team are evidently discriminating against certain members and arbitrarily applying 'rules' that are not stated in the terms of use, the acceptable use policy, or the listing guidelines.
ETA: This has not been 'handled' by your customer service team, they have refused to reply to me and have refused to tell me which parts of the terms of use, acceptable use policy, or listing guidelines I have breached.
