I experienced superb and delightful service from precise. The processing time of the loan, though thorough, was quite fast and efficient. The disbursement was not just fast but highly commendable. I have no reservation in recommending Precise to discerning customers.

Remortgage to rid ourselves of an interest only mortgage
We remortgaged to rid ourselves of an interest only mortgage from a bad provider & to reduce the length of its term to make us mortgage free prior to retirement. Precise met all the requirements, only one negative & that is that the, fixed for 2 years, interest rate is just a little bit high.
I would recomend them to others in a similar position to us & aren't given a particularly high credit rating by the CRA's.

One of the worst experiences of our…
One of the worst experiences of our lives. So many delays. Repeated questions and requests for proof of who we are, where we live, etc etc! Then when we finally get near to the end we get asked for all the same documents again by their solicitors! Obviously they cant communicate themselves. Took 4 months from start to finish when we were told it should be 4 weeks.
