First time buyers
After renting for 17 years we were desperate to get onto the property ladder. My partner had some adverse credit from 3 years ago and we were turned down a DIP from some other lenders. That’s is when our broker suggested Precise. The DIP was approved quickly and we went ahead with the full application. We had two rounds of questions sent back to us from Precise regarding our financial situation whilst they arranged an in person valuation. They responded very quickly. The whole process from application to offer took 12 days which is very efficient. We are delighted to have purchased our forever home when we thought it would never happen Thank you so much Precise.

Easy and smooth Process
The process of obtaining a bridging loan was relatively quick and easy. There was a delay due to the valuation, but overall, I highly recommend the broker, KIS Finance and the lender, Precise.

Solicitors were very poor as usual.
Precise were fine. Their chosen solicitors (JMW) were very slow and communications were very poor.
