Great experience shopping here. Joe was very helpful explaining all my optiions and even was able to offer me some ideas not available when purchasing from the Apple website. He was able to upgrade my customized Mac for a lower price than the website.

Although I had problems with my first couple of orders due to an inventory glitch on the website, Michelle Ryther was on top of it. She worked everything out and got me a great price on what I needed. Can't beat free shipping and no sales tax for this Californian! Looking forward to receiving my new MacBook Air today!

Awesome trade in program, reasonable price!

I have purchased three MacBooks from PowerMax in the past ten years. They have personable and professional customer service, quick mailing of purchases, and more than reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend PowerMax to individuals or companies needing Apple products.

I've done business with Powermax for several years. Their Mac trade-in program is a breeze to use and they're fair.

My favorite part of the experience is talking to a real person. It makes ordering and handling questions so much faster.

I was a little worried about trusting them with a trade-in at first, but based on the positive reviews and much higher price they were able to offer, I bit the bullet and took the risk. I couldn't be happier with the experience. The trade-in department and salesperson, Heidi, who I worked with to get my subsequent purchase done were reliable, friendly, REAL PEOPLE. I talked to them on the phone and usually got email responses within the day including proactive updates. Thank you Powermax! Definitely would use them again.

I don't purchase a ton of Apple stuff online, but when I do, PowerMax is part of a very short list of places that I will always check first. Because of Apple's fairly tight rein on products, Apple resellers basically have to distinguish themselves with knowledge, a good site, and customer service, and PowerMax has consistently hit on all three. Not that I always admitted it at the time, but back when I was working in Apple Retail, I would mention PowerMax a fair bit to Apple Store customers when I thought they had a need that could be addressed... I recommended them then, and I'd do the same now.

My recent purchase from Powermax was my third purchase from this company.
The sales staff is patient and knowledgeable about Apple products. The trade-in service is outstanding compared to what is offered by other services.
When buying from Powermax you can be as confident with the purchase as you would be at an Apple store and the delivery time will be the same air sometimes faster with special order purchases.

I've ordered a few computers from Powermac and have never been disappointed. Always good prices and fast shipping. I recently ordered an iPad at 10 am and received it the next day at 10:30 am.

I wanted a top end 2016 MacBook Pro and they were pre-order only everywhere. PowerMax was able to deliver before year end. Heidi Wheeler kept me up to date on the progress of my order. I am a very happy camper.

In the age of computers doing most jobs these day to receive an email from an actual person for an order placed online is a real gem, not to mention they left the return email address to contact them with any concerns WOW. It's a nice return to real customer service. Best new account made in 2017, gonna be hard to top this one..

I recently purchased a new MacBook Pro from PowerMax along with AppleCare and several accessories and was completely satisfied with the experience. For this order, PowerMax (1) matched prices for me, and (2) applied a credit from when I traded in an old MacPro1,1 over a year ago. Both times (for the trade-in and the new MBP purchase), I worked with Heidi Wheeler. She is very easy to work with, professional and responsive to my emails and phone calls.
