Glad to have found them.
Great service. Found the problem (hard drive needed replacement) in a short time. Installed a new drive and copied existing data from old drive onto new one. Finished when they said it would be. It was a painless procedure. Easier than going to the Apple Store. Actual price even came in under the estimate. Feels like a new machine now rather than a six year old computer.

I wish we had known about Powermax …
I wish we had known about Powermax BEFORE going to the Apple Store. These guys are great! They installed a new SSD in my old MacBook Pro while we ate lunch next door (great food and excellent brews!). From now on we will always go to Powermax first, NOT the Apple Store.

This company is great. I ordered a Macbook Air. After i placed my order I had a few questions and called them . They were right on it and answered my questions. I received my order within 5 days. Packaged nicely. I will order from them in the future. Awesome company .

Great 1st time experience
Loved working with Joe Inman- he inspires a lot of confidence - knows his machines and isn't pushy.
PowerMax came highly recommended and so far, I'm happy to have used them. I also heard that the folks who work there have been with the company a very long time. That speaks volumes to me.

Excellent!
Joe was terrific and helpful! He worked with me to tailor the used MacBook Pro to my needs. So far, no problems with my Macbook Pro. I have had it for only a few weeks but hope it will continue to operate for a very long time (fingers crossed!)

Great store
No muss, no fuss and they fixed my computer. This was something Apple could not do. I am sure PowerMax has other good services, but for working on an older computer, they are tops.

Wonderful, enriching experience!
Powermax is absolutely knowledgeable, equipped, and personable. A very decent amount of time was taken to cater the best equipment for our needs, and we were met with honesty and alacrity to complex decision-making process. Not only that, Powermax offers surprisingly good deals on certified Apple products that you would not find elsewhere. The trade-in policy is very generous, fair, and my online quote met the one IRL, and it beat other Apple-certified take-back programs. Highly recommend Powermax for the products, prices, and quality of service and knowledge.
