Helpful staff and great product.

I have been a customer of Power Max for several years. I have purchased an iMac, a MacMini, a MacBook Air, and now a small accessory (a Magic Keyboard). All have been delivered within the time specified and all have been received without incident. Also included is the "Worry Free" warranty. I always get exactly what I purchased and the trades I have done were 100% executable value. Power Max is the place I go to check on quality, refurbished used Mac products.

I ordered a Macbook that was shipped to me completely not working. I was told to call Apple and that they would help me. They could not. I had a to ship the computer back to powermax. when i called to see if they would honor the initial price, Michelle basically told me I was being snarky (which I probably might have been a titch' but for good reason) and that she wouldn't help me. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again, and would not recommend it.

I've bought both new and used computers and lots of peripherals such as printers, cables, external hard drives and more from PowerMax. I shop nowhere else for Mac products. I rate products and service a ten, and recommend PowerMax to anyone interested in Mac products.

I had bought a used 17" Mac desktop from PowerMax and the hard drive failed two years later. I wanted to keep this legacy model for a while longer, so I bought a 1.5T refurbished (90-day warranty) hard drive at a reasonable price, and paid the flat labor rate of $99. Turnaround was the weekend. Now I have a fast computer, and there's one less piece of e-waste being shipped to China or wherever.
