I had a fantastic customer service experience with Echo at Radioddity! I purchased the wrong radio and they helped me decide on the correct model and walked me through the return process with excellent communication the entire way! Not only that, but I LOVE my new radio! Will definitely be shopping with them again!

I have made several transactions with these folks. I have always received excellent service. Whenever I have encountered an issue small, or large, they are always very responsive. That service is exactly why I'll continue to be a Radioddity customer

My radio stopped working, so I contacted Radioddity. They asked a few questions, and sent a pre-paid shipping label. I sent the radio back, and notified them that it had been shipped. A couple days later I received a new radio. The process could not have been easier. Very professional and "no hassle" service.

MyQB25D failed. Tested per Raddioddity. They sent me a prepaid return. And sent me a new QB25D. All done in a very short period of time.

Their support is top notch. I had an issue with a ham radio I purchased and the support division did their best to suggest solutions. When these did not work, they replaced it with a brand new sealed boxed unit, without any hesitation whatsoever, and also followed up with me until it arrived to my address and ascertained that all was fine.

I had a Raddy weather station for almost a year and suddenly it stopped synchronizing with the time server (RCC feature). After a few weeks of that I emailed Raddy support. They first directed me to their manual. As I insisted that I know the procedures, they made me do a video to show how I invoke the time server search by hand. Finally they sent me a new station and this one worked. All in all I am a bit disappointed about the failure but the customer service came through.

Very pleased with Radioddity and the customer service. My G90 needed service and Echo helped arrange a replacement under warranty. Turnaround time was about one week and I was back on the air.

When an out of stock item came in she notified me and purchase completed.

Was having issues with a 2 months old Raddy Weather Station Pro purchased thru Amazon. Where a few functions had stop reporting, thinking that some of the sensors might have gone bad. Went to the Amazon app to look for help and saw an option for contacting the vendor directly. So I contacted them and explained the issues in detail. They responded the very next day with the suggestions to restart the unit which corrected the issues. And it was a quick and painless fixes, basically turning it Off and On again. Normally, it would have been my first step for diagnosing electronics as well but having the remote sensors mounted in a not so easy access location. I hesitated but I’m glad that I did, now that it’s working again.

I inadvertently ordered (2) radios in error. I reach out to Radioddity and they cancelled one of the orders and kept one schedule. This happened without a hiccup. This high quality style of help will keep me ordering from Radioddity.

I ordered a pair of hand held transceivers from Radioddity and Luke assisted me promptly with my problem. When the issue was not resolved, they issued a replacement.

I ordered a Xiegu G90 bundle deal. The DE-19 data interface was stolen during transit to our house. Its packing envelope and product box had been slit open, and the DE-19 was stolen, leaving only the paperwork and cables inside when it was delivered. I reached out to Radioddity customer service, then provided their representative (Canny) with the requested information via email. Shortly thereafter, a replacement DE-19 was shipped out to me and was received intact. I can't say much more than that. I'm a happy customer. Radioddity customer service was great. Thank you, Canny!

Got a response quicky and my question was answered.

Excellent service! I had a problem setting up my new G90. I was unable to switch from speaker to headphone. I sent a late evening email to Radioddity hoping for a prompt response. Before I finished breakfast I had an email suggesting the fix. Wow!

Had an issue with my Radioddity DB-25D booting to a white screen. Contacted customer support and after a few emails trying to troubleshoot the requested that I return the defective radio. They replaced it with a new one. Turn around time was fairly quick, satisfied with the service I recieved.

Customer service is top notch. I had an issue with a product which had to be returned and when contacting them, they were on top of it making sure I had a working product and that I was familiar with all the details about the product. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Was a challenge for me setting up this radio but with assistance from both Helen and Hazel they helped me keep my composure and win the day. Thank you both.
