I am extremely impressed with the level of support I received. The agent Echo managed my issue with incredible speed. Although the delay was a third-party transit issue, the team took full ownership and offered two perfectly valid solutions so I could pick what worked best for me. A replacement unit was delivered in record time. Highly recommended!

My radio got some problems. Email Radioddity and got response within an hour to gather information about the original order and the problem. Later they sent email with instruction to diagnose the problem. Later then sent free shipping label to ship the radio back. When they receive it, they sent me a new radio, also free of charge. Great , smooth, and painlessly painless process and experience. Will definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a low cost pair of radios from them, the cost was $19. When the radios arrived one of the chargers did not work. I emailed customer service expecting that I would need to repackage and send the old ones back in. Instead, they just shipped out a whole new package, including both chargers and two additional radios. I understand that the entire item is only valued at $19, but think how little profit they were making from that transaction... Yet they still wanted to make it right and take care of the customer... You just don't see that level of customer service in e-commerce. I would order from them again in a second, I know on the off chance that something is wrong, they will take care of the problem. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED

I had a compatibility issue with an item I ordered (it had an updated power connection which matched the current version of the radio). The Radioddity support team quickly responded and offered several options to pursue a resolution, including sending a part free of charge. They communmicated updates regularly and followed up after receiving the delivery notification to make sure I was satisfied with the end result. It was an excellent experience!

Hazel responded quickly to my issue, we made the required checks and once the problem was confirmed she shipped my replacement immediately.

Echo was very helpful and kept in contract with me throughout the process. Great customer support!

"Hazel" got back to very quickly with clear, concise, and friendly assistance. In short, a great experience.
