I bought four Baofeng UV-5R 25th Anniversary radios and shortly after getting them, I found a frustrating firmware bug: in VFO/frequency mode, the radios wouldn't tune or scan UHF frequencies correctly — they'd snap right back down to 136.000 MHz. I'd already ruled out anything on my end, testing before and after programming, checking band limits, confirming the memory channels worked fine — so I reached out to support.

Odile picked up my case and stayed with it for nearly three months. She arranged a replacement shipment right away, and when two of those replacement units turned out to have the exact same bug, she didn't skip a beat — she kept right on troubleshooting instead of making me fight for another solution. Getting a working calibration tool into my hands took a few tries — an email that was blocked, a broken download link, a zip file, a software error — and through every one of those hiccups Odile patiently resent files, changed formats, and walked me through each step until the fix finally worked. My radios are now tuning and scanning exactly as they should.

Radioddity has great products, but honestly, I'd recommend them to anyone based on their customer service alone. It's genuinely rare to get this level of persistence and follow-through these days. Huge thanks to Odile and the Radioddity team — you earned this review.

I had trouble with the microphone on the radio and without any concern they replace the radio in full with another replacement very happy and again it's sad that I had to replace the whole radio needs to make replacement microphones available cuz the microphone was the only thing that was needed but in any event I was much appreciated that they were willing to replace the whole radio and I am completely satisfied

support was excellent over email. The manual is lacking real life scenarios of what operator may do with the radio with respect to programming.

We live in Washington on the Pacific Ocean. Lots of wind and rain. We have spent a lot of money on weather stations only to have them fail in a few months. The Raddy weather station was not the most expensive we bought and it too did not survive a year but they replaced it within 2 weeks, twice. Great warranty and customer service. Thank you Raddy!

I had some problems with the configuration of my MN6 weather station, and when I contacted customer support, they were immediately available to try to understand the problem, even involving the technical team.
Unfortunately, since they couldn't resolve the issue remotely, they agreed to send me a replacement weather station.
In short, they were very kind, helpful, efficient, and effective.

The CSR Echo asked intelligent questions offered clear concise and timely advice and finally when all else failed got a warranty replacement. Then Echo followed up after the replacement. This is what customer support is about - service.

When DHL screwed up with shipping and returned the radio to Radioddity, the customer service, communication and prompt reshipping from Radioddity was superb; thank you.

The price, communications. Shipping was free and reasonably fast. Two items came separate and the last shipment was just shipped about week after order. That is OK. Got the HF-010 antenna and short test session with antenna analyzer is great. Love the antenna so far. My pre order phone calls with Hazel were a delight, thanks Hazel.

I had an issue with a new radio that just stopped working soon after I started to use it. I contacted Radioddity, sent them a video, and they emailed me return shipping information right away. They had a replacement sent within a week. Easy peasy! Always great service from them.

Very helpful and attentive as well. Very fast, getting me a replacement asap! I read other reviews and it was very positive things. I can agree with those reviews because my experience has been amazing!

Antenna arrived and had some broken components. Requested replacement parts and was provided the option of a measly $15 store credit or I could ship the item back for an exchange. Requested a Return Address label to send the antenna back. They provided the label and return took approximately 16 days. Quicker service than when I ordered the antenna!
