The support staff member I worked with was very analytical, smart and customer-focused. The suggested tests of the handheld radio I was experienced difficulties with, to confirm the nature of the issue I was reporting, were exactly right and clearly came from a depth of knowledge from the support staff member that I very much appreciated. I received warranty service quickly and efficiently and I would not hesitate to purchase from Radioddity again, given this level of support.

The support person (Hazel) guided me through various diagnostic steps to resolve a problem..The issue is resolved. I am happy with the support and the communication provided. When it was confirmed that my X6200 radio had failed, they immediately sent me a replacement—and they shipped it by express delivery without any unnecessary hassle (to Europe). I had an issue with my Xeigu G90. I wrote to Radioddity and they were on it. They asked for a short video of the problem, which I provided. They gave me a list of what they wanted back from me. They provided a ship label. As soon as they saw that my unit had been shipped from me to then, they sent me out another radio. Excellent, excellent, excellent service...

there it was nothing but perfect, there customer service is totally amazing and big shoot out to Hazel she is top shelf I feel like we are family now, everything is wonderful and she had the solutions to my issues well done Hazel. I had some difficulty with my xeigu g90 after 6 years of use.Hazel from customer service responded to my email while on her vacation ! her responses then and again after returning from her vacation were prompt and very helpful radioditty will remain my dealer of choice!

Radioddity is one of Xiegu's authorized resellers. While Xiegu radios are affordable, their build quality is not always the best. Fortunately, when you buy from Radioddity, you can feel confident because they helped me resolve every problem I had with my G90, even replacing the unit at no additional cost. I am truly impressed by their customer service and attitude.

When my order arrived there was damage in transit to the box. The smallest part was missing. It may have escaped through the damaged box. I wrote Radioddity and they cheerfully replaced the part without hesitation or argument. And I might add that it was a costly part. Now that is customer service!

Customer service is genuine not automated, helpful and gave thoughtful consideration which helped remedy a problem. I appreciate that as a repeat customer.

I had a problem with the power meter not showing any power out. I worked through a series of questions in emails and they decided to replace the radio. I returned it with their paid return label and it works great. I intend to use this when I fly to not carry my 7300.

Every time I contacted Radioddity Customer Service for assistance, they responded quickly and courteously. They also resolved my issue. This has greatly increased my loyalty to you. I would like to pass this comment and my thanks to Echo, the agent who helped me.
