Love the idea but harder to get rides when needed so we shall see if my July 1st request is accepted. If not I’ll be editing this from 3*- 1* and deleting the app. Crossing fingers

Helpful and beneficial for both party.
Its a good app and pretty much easy to operate for both driver and the passenger. But, they can improve more on pricing as in some scenario the cost of gas and time.

Thanks for your feedback! We're glad you've found the app easy to use. We regularly monitor fuel prices and adjust our pricing model when needed, and we recently increased the maximum price per kilometre to better reflect driving costs. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us! 🚗😊

Generally amazing service to use, however some drivers have poor time management and add stops after you book. For the most part it’s a great platform but drivers need to be better held for accountability

Good concept and they are gradually…
Good concept and they are gradually adding features. The in app payment makes your experience with rides reliable and near flawless, but app allows people to share private contacts for in person payment prior to booking thus making it a playground for unserious and multiple adds by one individuals often by same person. Stick to drivers who accept instant booking or in app payment and you should be fine. If they can improve this loop hole it should sky rocket the value of the platform itself.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and for the kind words about the concept and in-app payments. You're absolutely right that keeping payments and communication in-app helps protect the experience for everyone. Our team is working on tightening this up. In the meantime, choosing Instant Booking and in-app payment is the best way to book with confidence and safety. Safe travels! 🧡
