Fantastic service I have been with this company for over 40yrs. Kieth was brilliant, down to earth and he quoted me Happy. He searched for the best product for me and even got my monthly payments down. Why do I stay loyal here? Because of Real people to talk to who care. I will always be a customer here. A big Thank You Kieth he couldn’t have done more.

Very helpful explained everything clearly

Went through my usual annual troll of comparing insurance companies. Best value for best cover etc. Got it down to 2 including police mutual. Both about the same price. I contacted them to clarify a couple of on line points and Sue Cavanan answered. Very helpful, very polite, extremely patient ( problems with reception) and humorous. Better cover and cheaper so didn't bother going back to the other company. Signed up there and then.
Was tempted to ring her back and ask for a date!

Very easy to talk to and very helpful and knowledgeable. Bit of a problem my end as my phone was a bit muffled so I had a little difficulty hearing at times but Rebecca was very patient and explained everything

I managed to get through straight away to a very helpful agent Rebecca White .The whole process was very efficient and straight forward .The e-mail conformation was sent to me within ten minutes .

I was able to speak to a real person (Keith) who answered my questions and arranged for a new policy.

I initially rang Police Mutual to inform them of some minor criminal damage that my car had suffered. Whilst on the call, Keith was able to update my account with that information aswell as sort my renewal and add extra cover for me. This was completely hassle free as it has always been when dealing with Police Mutual. I couldn't recommend them enough. Great Service.

I contacted Police Mutual on Thursday morning 30/10/25to hand my car policy to a newer vehicle. The phone was answered immediately by Rebecca White. Rebecca was very cheerful and enthusiastic and answered all my questions. I am 67 years old and needed to have a couple of things explained. Rebecca was exceptionally helpful and I can away from the call fully understanding everything. Rebecca is very professional and thorough and funny and is a credit to the company. Responded to a mailing as my current company raised the premium to nearly £700 and as a previous customer for car and home insurance got an online quote (you can contact directly) to see what the cost and cover was. For an almost identical cover and including accidental damage and away from home, two expensive bikes and legal cover, PMAS were nearly £200 cheaper. My current insurer tried to reduce the premiums for loyalty but the difference remained well over a £100 more, so thankyou PMAS, again!

After being with the company for six years I have tried to renew my policy this morning based on the renewal quote forwarded to me. At the payment stage I was surprised to be told that on top of the renewal quote I was being charged an admin fee of £40 because I was renewing my policy with them. So my insurance of £311 has now gone up to £359. They have started applying it to make themselves “competitive” apparently. I am now looking elsewhere.
