Ordered some 2mm acrylic sheet to reglaze a complicated shape clock door.

Quick delivery, sheet was cut to exact dimensions and was of good quality.

I had a great experience with plastic sheets, i ordered perspex one week and then an MDF order quite large, they were really good on both orders, i had a small incident with the MDF parcel with the courier but plastic sheets resolved that straight away. i would always use them now i have found them going forward.

Fast delivery and truly the best value for money! I was impressed with how quickly my order arrived, and the quality is amazing for the price. Highly recommended.

I was expecting my order to be livered 2 days ago (express delivery) and when I had not received ANY communication over the 5 days I waited, I phoned and was told it would be chased but my order has not even been dispatched. I phoned again today and still no more news. This has caused detrimental problems with my work and I'm still no closer to understanding where my order is. I need answers and clarity on when this will arrive!!! I've already spent a fortune on different suppliers to make up for the materials you have not sent. This really is unacceptable. It's all down to communication and there has been NONE

Terrible customer service! I ordered 4 pieces of 5mm perspex, 1 clear and 3 frosted. 10 days later received all 4 pieces in CLEAR. I spent a couple of mornings trying to get through on the phone, my issue could have been sorted with a ten minute call but they do not answer the phone. E-mailed in exasperation and finally got an answer via email. The next order should have been the 3 pieces of frosted to complete the order, I received 2, so after another frustrating week of emails and nearly 6 weeks after the original order, they sent out the complete order 0f 4 pieces but all in frosted, after this out of the 3 incorrect orders I managed to salvage enough pieces to finish the job. Worst company I have dealt with in 40 years in the building trade!

The item arrived damaged and had snapped in two pieces during transit. I was unable to get through to speak to anybody regarding this and had to use the ticket system contact method on their website. I had a message to say someone would get back to me, but they haven’t. Have tried numerous attempts to contact them again, asking for a replacement to be sent, with no reply. Awful customer service.

Unfortunately no option for zero stars. Massive delay in sending item, then posted on trustpilot so they sent the wrong size and colour, and now waiting for over 2 weeks for promised refund, and only way to get a response from ‘Chris’ is by posting on trustpilot which is also wrong. Please give me back my money plasticsheets after over a month of my order not being honoured. If you respond to this review, then confirm when my refund will happen as you don’t when I ask on email. That is all I ask
