The unfortunate experience as described below, happened last year but I could not give my feed back at the time. My experience with plantx was so poor that I decided I needed to warn potential customers.

I tried to contact the company after receiving my order with very poor packaging supplied. Also the company advertised a temporary offer of discounted price which was not honoured as stated on the website. This constitutes an infringment of the Sales of Goods Act.
Because of the poor packaging supplied, I found two jars broken and pieces of glass scattered at the bottom of the box, I was lucky I did not cut my hand when I was taking the jars out of the package.
Further to this, I wanted the jars to be replaced but they were refunded instead, leaving me with poor value for money due to the expensive shipping cost.
I can substantiate the facts I am reporting with emails and a screenshot taken of the discount offer not offered at the time of my order.

Placed an order for two items. Immediately received an order confirmation and one of the items was the wrong flavour. Emailed them immediately to inform them but no response and then wrong item turned up. tried to contact them but only email available - emailed 4 times and absolutely no response. Now have an item I spent over £40 on that I can't do anything with. DO NOT USE - TERRIBLE SERVICE

Having placed an order weeks ago and regularly chasing it up only to be fobbed off repeatedly I finally wrote a stern email requesting a firm shipping date.
Return email received immediately with a cancellation and refund.
No apology or explanation. Really unprofessional. Would definitely not shop with them again.

Ordered some goods from them. 3 out of 4 containers were underweight. Still awaiting refund. Barge pole material.

They are the biggest scammers!!
conniving !! Extremely cruel and barbaric!!
All the innocent victims they have scam and cry tears PlantX shall drown in the rivers and oceans of victims for my own money it’s shall eat them till there are no flash left they refuse to except the return and complete ignore even when I have specifically told them not to post substitute or any equivalent for what I have chosen they must cancel the order they replied to my email request and said I will receive what I have chosen which was a complete lie they probably be getting away with this to many people but not this time those roll their rocks to others their rocks shall roll back at them and fall upon their own heard they probably have thousands of victims they torment and abuse out their that’s why they keep doing this but there is always a pay back time in life if there is something I hade the most it’s to be abused lied for deceive taken advantage and manipulated that makes me think how many people who go through this every in PlantX?? Probably many
making choices for me while I have pick my own shopping my self put it in my basket and pay for it and ignore me when I ask for return it’s so inhuman!!and it’s taking away my own will !!

I ordered a welcome mat from this company. I did not receive it I am still waiting it has been over a month I have tried to contact them but cannot they are a bunch of scammers I didn't want to give them even one star but the website does not allow me to leave a review unless I press at least one star I would say it has about -10 Stars because they lie they promise to send a product that they literally do not intend to send. Stay away from them their products look cute but they're just fabricated made up lies save your money because once you spend it you can't get it back and you will never see a product. The date that I have as my issue is actually today's date because the issue has been going on for too long for me to even put a date down

spamming for reviews after purchase despite repeatedly unsubscribing

I came for reviews after I ordered and was scared I would have a very poor experience. But I had the opposite.
I ordered this week and delivery was attempted the next day. I wasn't home so I actually received my full order the second day after ordering.
Products were brilliant with really great pricing.
Based on my experience id recommend.

Avoid this lot. Order never arrived waited all morning . Then the tracking said it would arrive this afternoon. Tried to phone plant x they don’t answer just put you on hold then cut you off. Tried to change delivery day on fedx site just says try again later! That lasted two days.fed x sent about twenty email text message saying the delivery would be this morning never happened.The company I purchased from can get in contact they don’t answer emails phone etc.crap

Appalling experience. Got half of my order at the price of full order. They just keeps apologising and said was a mistake in advertising. Next day after I complained the product was advertised far cheaper than I bought it for a single piece. Will never buy from them again, and buyers should be aware, what you buy is not what you'll get👎
