Don't use them
Placed an order with them, never arrived, asked for a refund and never got that either. No number to call so emailing. Only getting empty promises

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I am still waiting for a phone call that i was promised on Wednesday 21/08/2026. I had 24 cans of dandelion and burdock ordered and received bitter shandy. I requested a call and i am still waiting. Would not recommend or use again as no one looks after you once you have received your parcel

Do you only problem that I really have is the vinegar is not strong enough to pickle not strong enough not a strong taste...but ok..that is only qualms I have apart from that all good it just I think your pickling vinegar needs to be stronger it's just a bit weak
