Super quick delivery
Ordered 2 x 2litre tins of Cadbury Instant Hot Chocolate on Friday and It arrived on Saturday. Could it be any quicker?-No! Price as good as anyone else's and simple ordering. What's not to like?

Great price and quick delivery
I was looking for a particular German Christmas biscuit, which I couldn’t find locally. After a search, I found The Pantry Basket sold them at the recommended retail price. Other well known internet suppliers had markedly inflated the price. The order arrived quickly from The Pantry Basket, with a good best before date. Very happy, thank you.

I am flabbergasted
I am flabbergasted, I created an order with this company, but before doing so I changed my address, delivery took two weeks, and when I had the delivery confirmation, It had sent to my old address. Their system obviously didn'tupdate the information. I wrote to them explaining the situation, they wrote back and told me it was my fault. I advise any other customers that have previously another address to be extremely careful dealing with this company. IThe Pantry Basket am left feeling that they hold no responsibility for their own mistakes, if she had checked with her technical department they have would have found an error. I am on a pension and recently diagnosed with cancer, I am left feeling deflated and depressed.
