Perx Reward Omdömen 

This is our third year using the Perx Reward Card for our employees and the vast majority have never had an issue activating their card. It is true that for the few that did I do know they had some difficulty in getting through to customer support. This year I processed our order by email via the Key Account Manager, Jenny Foley- Kelleher. A very fast response and prompt customer care service. I have to say that Jenny is just brilliant. Ever so helpful and she ensured our order was processed and delivered on time. I also found that Perx Reward offer the best value in the reward card arena.

At first, it was difficult because I couldn't register but hours later, it worked and every other thing worked smoothly as well. Especially using my perx card.

I would agree with all previous reviews about the Perx digital gift card service as appalling!!

I was gifted a digital gift card from my employer on the 11/12/2025, since then I have sent multiple emails asking for assistance as the submission to request verification code does not work and no email has been received. All I get is " can you please confirm email address, currency, voucher amount..." and then no further communication. I have called the help line and was told that they would need to escalate this and will be contacted about the issue .... To date no call.

Today if have just received an email congratulating me on activation of my gift card and is loaded in my Wallet but it isn't!!!!!!!!!! I am still waiting for verification code and don't have an account!!!

This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Would not record this service to anyone!!

This card is very useful and easy to use; it's accepted by all establishments in Europe and the statement is easy to access. I recommend it!

I found the setup so easy, as soon as i received the email to activate my card, it was as simple,

Received card a few days ago, followed instructions. However, balance on card showing as an old balance of €6.23. Have been onto support on phone and by email and still cannot access funds.

Easily compatible with Google Pay wallet.
Card was not able to be added to my Samsung Pay.

But once I switched to Google Pay, it is working well.

Very fast service and customer care service is so prompt and accurate. Jenny Foley-Kelleher have to say is so helpful and efficient.

I dealt with a lady called Jenny Foley-Kelleher who was very professional & Helpful to deal with .Cards where out to be in a couple of days .

I put through a large order for digital Perx cards fo the first time and due to a change in our internal process we had lots of questions. Jenny provided first class support, her responses were timely and always super helpful. Feedback from staff so far has been positive, cards were received timely and were easily added to their apple wallets. We plan to become reoccurring customers.

Worst product I have ever used, I have nothing good to say ,.

Loaded the card into the wallet on my iphone. No problems and it works well on no contact readers.Rapid feedback on purchases.

I had an issue registering my card to my company e-mail. Ellie and Larissa were very helpful trying to resolve the issue, and we landed on re-issuing the card to my personal e-mail and I was able to retrieve the Perx card. I was happy with the customer service I received.

Unable to activate card, no help from costumer service over the phone None. The woman talks such nonsense that you want to cry, and writing emails isn't any better either. Avoid them; it's better to have nothing than a card from them because it doesn't work anyway.

I wrote about this exact same issue back in February 2024 here on Trustpilot (verification to either email or mobile phone not working for the ‘Get my eCard’ app’ to register a new Perx Card. The response at the time was the company was integrating to a new system (the app) and therefore there were some issues during this integration that caused this to happen.

Roll forward to now December 2025 and the same issue again is happening. It’s hard to understand how such a simple process can be made so difficult. At this point I see no reason to use Perx anymore, it used to be relatively easy to register and use their cards, now it just an exercise in frustration.

Great service in 2025 .... Attented to a large order, was advised all trough the process and cards arrived within 1 week from order to Receipt. All Good and everybody pleased

I dealt with Harmanpreet and Jenny in the Corporate division and the service they provided was 2nd to none. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and were so efficient. Thank you

Existing customer refused service because it was below a minimum order of €5,000 for new customers. Provided proof of being an existing customer on multiple times, its clear they do not appreciate repeat business. Customer service advisor responses where poor at best and site contains false advertising i.e. advertising that no minimum order was required for existing customers. Will never use this service again. avoid at all costs.

Response to Prex below. Too late its very telling when a company has over 70% 1 star reviews for there service. Again avoid at all cost no customer loyalty
