Easy to use and super convenient!
I've found the Perx Reward Card very easy to use. It was simple to add to Google Pay, and checking my balance only takes a few seconds. Everything about it just works the way it should no hassle at all

This is the worst online experience I…
This is the worst online experience I have ever encountered -your people choose not to bother reading my e mails which contain details of the issues encountered -we have been going over and over the same issue for months now and either your objective is not to resolve the problem in the hope the card will lapse with an unused balance or people are just trained to send back e mails with no solution -I copied a response and sent it with my reply and you sent back the e mail with this piece deleted and no reference to it -it’s been apalling

using the card is very easy once uploaded to my wallet. Had a difficulty in downloading it initially, and as I had older used cards, I needed to delete the older cards which took time as I needed to be sure that I was deleting the correct ones

It is a bit finicky setting it up
It is a bit finicky setting it up. You need to make sure you delete you previous cards from the apple wallet or you will no t be able to identify which is the new one. Also need to hide the existing cards in the App or it can be confusing. Will see how acceptable it is as I found it a bit restrictive last year with a number of retailers.

It works...eventually
It works, but clunky. Not obvious to swipe left to see other cards, nor obvious a card has been added, and the need to log out and then log back in in order for updates to happen is pretty 1990's.

It is handy to use, but customer service is really difficult to get any information
It is handy to use, only problem comes in when u have to accept the perx card for 2nd time, you actually need to log out in order to see the card in your wallet as this information is not available anywhere.. customer service is no good. It takes ages for them to sort the simple problems like this. Once you get Pass this then it works fine.
