We needed to get a replacement card organised for a member of the team who had misplaced their's.
With the help of the agents we were able to get this resolved very quickly and very efficiently which we really appreciated.
Only thing I marked down was that sometimes the email chain would be broken off and we would receive a new email from an agent asking for information again, which was a little confusing to follow, especially the flow of the conversation.

Handy and easy to use, accepted at all contactless payment and online payments.

I'd like to express my deepest gratitude to the PERX support team. They were incredibly helpful in resolving a problem I had with an unscrupulous seller. They explained my steps clearly and concisely and helped me get my money back. I love using the PERX card; it's convenient for me to make purchases with it.

Placed an order last minute for a number of employees. Jenny was so helpful and turned my order around in no time and within a few days I had everything I needed ahead of schedule.

Its a pain in the Arse. Also noted card did not work, I loaded the perx card into Google Wallet and it worked straight away. However when going abck into the Perx ap in saw there is a Lag of 6 - 10mins on the value of the Perx Card being updated. Its a Dinosaur.

Really straightforward process. Really easy to set up via the app and then add to my apple wallet. Only thing would be if it was easier to copy and paste the card number in the app to pay for something online.

I was having trouble accessing my accand thr virtual card. When I contacted the support team their response was very quick. Throughout the whole process, I was contacted without delay. I especially want to thank both Mark and Ellie for their very professional help in getting my problem resolved.

I've used Perx for the last 3 years for staff bonuses, it has been an ordeal every single time. Both digital and physical cards seem to cause issue and the staff are not much help. We're moving to Clevercards next year.

I use Perx every years purchasing vouchers for employees. The service is really good with fast delivery even at busy times of year. The support from our account manager is both very fast and usually resolved with one email. Likewise the call centre is good anytime I've had to contact them.

I've been receiving Perx cards from my employer for the past two years, the first year I didn’t like the physical card. It was awkward to use and difficult to activate. But in 2025 adding the digital card was a much better experience. Very easy to set up, even my 60+ year old colleague was able to set it up herself. I definitely believe that this is the best way to have a perx card.
